Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### and their family to Your loving care. Lord, we specifically pray for ###'s husband, who is enduring persecution at work for righteousness' sake. Your Word reminds us in 2 Timothy 3:12, "Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution." Father, we ask that You give him the strength to endure this trial, knowing that You are with him every step of the way.
Lord, we stand on Your promise in Psalm 55:22, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." We pray that You would sustain ###'s husband during this difficult time. May he feel Your presence and peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Father, we also pray for a swift resolution to this situation. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan, but we humbly ask that this period of persecution comes to an end soon. We hold onto the promise in 1 Peter 5:6, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time." We pray that in due time, You will lift up ###'s husband and bring him relief from this stress.
We pray for wisdom and discernment for ###'s husband as he navigates this challenging environment. Grant him the words to speak and the actions to take that will reflect Your love and righteousness. We also pray for the hearts of those who are persecuting him, that they may be softened and turned towards You.
Lord, bless this family with Your peace, protection, and provision. May they find comfort in Your Word and in the fellowship of believers. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
