Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ###. We ask that you would intervene in their son's career and grant him a promotion in his job. Lord, you are the one who exalts and promotes, and we trust in your divine favor and guidance.
In your word, you have promised to bless the work of our hands and to prosper those who seek you diligently. We claim these promises for ###'s son, believing that you have great plans for his professional growth and success. May you open doors of opportunity for him and grant him favor in the eyes of his superiors.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for him, that he may make wise decisions and demonstrate excellence in his work. Help him to be diligent, dedicated, and committed to his responsibilities. May his efforts be recognized and rewarded, bringing glory to your name.
Lord, we acknowledge that your timing is perfect, and we submit this request to your sovereign will. If it is your plan for him to receive this promotion, we ask that you would bring it about swiftly. However, if there are lessons to be learned or other plans in store, we trust in your wisdom and guidance.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May your will be done in this situation, and may your peace and favor rest upon ###'s son.
