Please Pray For My Heavy Workload

I am the safety personnel & handle the construction site safety in an overseas contractor. The safety situation is so challenging. Some workers always ignore the importance of safety (e.g. forget to use safety harnesses in case of the working at height). The subcontractors employees also talk back in dangerous situation. The frontline supervisors also ignore safety and they take no action against dangerous act or situation. Some colleagues are not co-operated. Please ask God to improve the situation. And please ask God to give me wisdom, talent and eloquence to manage safety well.

In addition, my workload is too heavy. I have many safety documents to do. Please ask God to give me power & talent to handle them.

Dear Lord...you have given such responsibility to this dear servant, May you guide him in your perfect wisdom to know what are his true priorities, empower his staff to obey the safety regulations that are put in place to protect them. In your most holy way...please keep him safe and focused on his tasks so that he can glorify you as he manages and directs your sacred people...In jesus name we pray together...Amen
