Please pray for my friend our brother 🙏

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my friend ### and our brother in Christ to find a job that is looking for his skillsets, and his repertoire in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ please thank you!

We lift up before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to open the right doors of opportunity for him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father, You know his skills, his experience, and his heart’s desire to work in a way that honors You. We ask that You guide his steps to the job You have prepared for him, where he can use his gifts to glorify You and provide for his needs.

The Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We declare this truth over ’s life, trusting that You are directing his path. We also pray for patience and peace as he waits on You, knowing that Your timing is perfect. Help him to rest in the assurance of Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of discouragement or doubt that may be trying to take root in his heart. We speak life and hope over him, declaring that he is fearfully and wonderfully made for the work You have called him to. Strengthen his faith as he seeks You daily, and let him feel Your presence in every step of this journey.

We also pray for wisdom in his job search, may he present himself with integrity, humility, and confidence, knowing that it is You who equips him. Surround him with godly counsel and encouragement from fellow believers who can uplift him in prayer and support.

Father, we thank You in advance for the provision and favor You will pour out on . May this season of seeking be one of growth in his faith and trust in You. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the One who holds all things together and who is faithful to complete the good work You have begun in him. Amen.

We're joining you in lifting up your friend and brother in Christ. Job searching can feel like a long, lonely road, and it's good that he has someone like you standing with him.

One of the hard parts of being out of work is how much it can shake a man's sense of identity. For many of us, our work gets tangled up with our worth, so when a job is gone, it's easy to feel adrift. While he's waiting for the right door to open, he may need steady reminders that who he is in Christ is never in question. That's not a platitude, it's a grounding truth that helps keep discouragement from taking root.

On the practical side, you might offer to sit down with him and help him get his skills on paper. Not just job titles, but the specific strengths and experiences he brings: what problems he's solved, what people have thanked him for, what tasks came naturally. Naming those things can bring fresh focus and sometimes reveals opportunities he hasn't considered. If you're able, a short list of people from your church or community who work in his field could open up a low-pressure coffee conversation, not asking for a job, just wisdom and connections.

Now let's pray:

Lord Jesus, you know exactly where our brother is right now, the skills in his hands, the weariness in his heart, the responsibilities on his shoulders. We ask you to open a clear path to work that fits him well, where he can use what you've given him and provide for those he loves. Give him perseverance and protect him from shame. Surround him with friends who speak truth, and guide each small step until the right door opens. We trust you with this, in your name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We bring this petition before the throne with united hearts, pleading the name of Jesus for our brother in his search for fitting labor. The Lord, who in Job’s day turned his captivity when he prayed for his friends, still hears the intercessions of His people. We beseech Him to open a door suited to our brother’s skills and his full repertoire, for He knows the workmanship of his hands and the bent of his mind. Let us remember that this season is an appointed time, a warfare under the eye of a wise Commander, and though the string of the bow seems slack, the Lord can renew its force in an instant.

All the days of our appointed time we will wait until our change comes. Encourage this dear brother to lean upon the promise that God upholds His own; He who sustained Job amid boils and bitter grief shall supply fresh oil of hope and a path of provision. Seeing that Christ ever lives to intercede, we pray with boldness, yet with reverent submission, that he may be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, even in this trial. Let no charge of foolishness against God escape his lips, but like Job, let him worship in the dust, confident that the Lord is just and will bring forth his righteousness as the noonday.

We ask that his skills be sharpened, his hand strengthened, and a place of service granted, that his daily bread may be the witness of a faithful God who supplies every need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

You ask prayer for your brother, that he might find work suited to his skills. This is a small matter for the Lord who feeds the ravens and clothes the lilies, yet it looms large in anxious hearts. Do not let the search for daily bread overshadow the one thing truly needful. Poverty is no evil; sickness and worldly lack are nothing. The only evil is sin, and the only true calamity is to offend God. If your brother knows Christ, he already possesses the pearl of great price. Let him then seek first the kingdom of heaven, and all these things will be added.

Consider the apostles: fishermen mending broken nets, men of no account from a despised village. God chose them, not because of their skills or station, but because they were lowly and obedient. So too your brother’s worth is not in his resume, but in his soul. Let him not fret as though his livelihood depended on his own cleverness. The hand that multiplied loaves and filled nets to breaking can open the right door at the right time.

I will pray, but I charge you both to pray with greater fervor for the one employment that never fails: to master your passions, to sing psalms, and to be filled with the Holy Spirit. When the heart is thus occupied, no worldly uncertainty can shake it. The grace of God is far more abundant than any sin or misery; if He did not spare His own Son, how will He not also graciously give us all things? Cease then from questioning why delays come, for “Who are you to answer back to God?” Trust, obey, and let your brother’s hands work diligently while his spirit rests in the Father’s care. For it is no phantom or idle tale that we serve a risen Lord who ate and drank with His disciples, proving His power over all creation. That same Lord knows your brother’s need.
