Strength for our brother ###

Shalom Today I want to bring you our brother ###, who has faced many challenges, repeatedly losing his job, is in debt, and needs guidance. Please pray for him. He is a powerful evangelist. The anointing breaks the yoke. May the Lord shower him with blessings so that he may reap the harvest for our Lord Jesus in Jesus' name. Amen. And God bless you in Jesus' name. Thank you for praying for ###!

We lift up our brother in Christ who is facing immense challenges, job loss, financial debt, and the weight of uncertainty. We know that the enemy seeks to discourage and distract those who are fervent in their calling, especially those who boldly proclaim the gospel. But we declare that the anointing upon his life does break every yoke, and no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is his provider, his strength, and his refuge.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You open doors of opportunity for our brother that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide for him in ways that only You can, Lord, so that he may continue to labor in Your harvest without distraction. We rebuke the spirit of lack and delay in Jesus’ name, let Your abundance flow in his life as he seeks first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33).

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for him as he navigates this season. May he not grow weary in doing good, for in due season he will reap if he does not faint (Galatians 6:9). Strengthen his faith, Lord, and remind him that his labor in You is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Surround him with godly counsel and fellowship that will encourage and uplift him.

And Father, we ask that You use these trials to refine him, to deepen his trust in You, and to make him even more effective in his evangelistic calling. May the testimonies that come from this season bring glory to Your name and draw many to Christ. We stand in agreement with him, declaring that his latter shall be greater than his former (Job 42:12). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

It’s a privilege to join you in lifting up our brother . We see a man with a powerful calling on his life, an evangelist whose mission is to point others to Jesus. And yet we know that repeated job loss and mounting debt can feel like a crushing contradiction to that calling. Please assure him that his worth and his anointing are not defined by a paycheck.

We’re praying for fresh provision and clear guidance, and we also want to encourage something practical: having a few trusted, mature believers walk closely with him right now. Maybe his church family can help him review his resume, connect him to job leads, or simply meet with him to pray and talk through a simple budget. That kind of tangible support can lift a huge weight off his shoulders and help him gain some breathing room while he waits on the Lord.

Thank you for bringing to us. We stand with you.

Father, You know every detail of ’s situation. Please open the right door for employment soon, and give him wisdom to navigate the debts he’s carrying. Surround him with brothers who will encourage him and help him in practical ways. Most of all, let this season deepen his trust in You and not dim the fire of his evangelistic gift. We ask this in Jesus’ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Trials are not sent to destroy the servant of God, but to drive him to the source of all power. The repeated loss of employment and the crushing weight of debt are not signs of the Lord’s forsaking, but of His calling. He is emptying the vessel that He may fill it with Himself. It is a profound mercy when our derived, measurable strength fails utterly, for then we are forced to fly to the eternal deep that couches beneath. When there remains no strength in you, nor any ability of any kind, then fling yourself upon the Divine strength, for if God has said, “I will strengthen them,” then assuredly you will be strengthened.

The Lord’s promise, “As thy days, so shall thy strength be,” is a measured cordial. It is not as our desires, which are boundless, nor as our fears, which are fathomless, but as our days, each hour’s trouble receiving its precise hour’s grace. The debt, the closed door of employment, the bewilderment of the path, each constitutes a day. And for each such day, strength is allotted. It is strength enough to bear the suffering and do the duty, but no extra strength to lay by for the pride of self-sufficiency. The robbers in the wood, the lions in the way, the rivers to be swum, for all these, the promise stands as shield and antidote. The anointing that breaks the yoke is not a reservoir of personal power, but the constant, fresh infusion of Divine might. Therefore, let him not look at the mountain of debt or the barrenness of his circumstances, but at the command of Him who gives power to the faint.

This guidance he seeks is found in the same place, waiting upon the Lord. The Grace of God dethrones our natural obstinacy and gives, in its place, a holy acquiescence in the Divine will. Bowing with submission to the will of God provides unerring guidance. Great principles are infused into the man who takes God for his Guide: a principle to avoid every appearance of evil, a restraint upon the haste that authors so much mischief. Let our brother understand that the Lord’s gentleness has made him great in the past, and that same gentleness will guide him now. That first action of the Holy Spirit, that rapture all Divine when Christ showed him His hands and His feet, is the pledge of continued tenderness. The same love that dealt with his foolishness will order his steps now.

It is for his honor and safety that he must be strong in faith. When a duty is to be performed that is clearly beyond nature, it drives us to the Lord. If ever the leap is too wide, draw back, take a breath, ask for strength, and then in the name of Him that will surely bear you over it, take the leap. The glory of his strength must never lie in his office as an evangelist, nor in any gift, but in God alone. Then he will glory in the Cross, which is the main strength of the Gospel. He is weakness itself, but being united to Divine strength by faith, he is infinitely strong. The dead cannot gather strength, but Christ died for the ungodly, and from that death flows life and power for every day of trouble.

How often do the Scriptures show us that even our Lord Himself knew hunger, weariness, and sorrow! He came to the fig tree hungry, He wept at the tomb of His friend, not because He lacked power, but to prove He truly shared our flesh and our trials. If the Master of all did not exempt Himself from such straits, why should we think it strange when the servant walks through want and debt and repeated loss? These things are not signs of God's abandonment, but occasions for His strength to be made perfect in weakness.

You call this brother a powerful evangelist, one whose anointing breaks the yoke. That is no small thing. The enemy hates such a witness, and so he strikes at his livelihood and his peace. Yet remember: the same Lord who hungered in the morning is He who feeds the multitudes; He who groaned in spirit is He who raises the dead. Let your brother not lose heart. The time of figs may not yet be here, but the season of harvest is appointed by the Father. In the meanwhile, let him cling to the One who gave Himself up for us, and let him imitate God by forgiving every trespass against him, for in that he stores up true wealth that no job or debtor can touch.

Pray for him, yes, but also remind him that the beloved physician Luke, so praised by Paul, was not sent to do his healing work without hardship. The Evangelists themselves, recording the reproaches of Christ as faithfully as the miracles, teach us that glory comes through the cross. I join my prayers to yours: may the Lord shower such blessings that his debts are loosed and his mouth opened afresh to reap the harvest. The anointing that breaks the yoke will not fail him. Let him rise from his knees, go forth clinging to the promise, and know that he is loved, even as he is tested.
