We understand your concern for your dad ### and we join you in earnest prayer for his employment. Let us bring your petition before the Lord, remembering that it is God who provides for our needs according to His riches in glory. As it is written in Philippians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. Lord, You know how diligently he has been seeking employment for over three years. We ask that You open the right doors for him and guide his steps to a well-paying job that will not only meet his financial needs but also align with Your will for his life.
Father, in Proverbs 16:3 WEB, You tell us to "commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We commit ###'s job search into Your hands, trusting that Your plans for him are good and that You will succeed them.
In the meantime, Lord, strengthen ###'s faith and give him the patience and perseverance to continue seeking You and Your will. Remind him that You are always with him, even in times of uncertainty.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we have confidence to come to You, knowing that there is no other name by which we can be saved. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and care. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one, for God is faithful. Continue to trust in Him and remind ### to do the same. As it is written in Hebrews 13:5-6 WEB, "...Be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.' So that with good courage we say, 'The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?'"
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
