We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. Please pray for ### my brother-in-law as he’s in the hospital fighting west Nile 9/30 update ### is still in a semi-comatose state, but this morning he had both eyes opened and seemed to respond to my voice. Praise God as I haven’t seen this really since Wednesday. I am hoping the steroids are working, he will continue with the steroid treatment today. We need prayer for the following:
-There is a strike planned by the hospital tech staff Oct 4-7. We are being asked to move him to ### in ### in anticipation of the strike, as soon as possible. Please pray for wisdom in this decision as I really do not want to transfer him.
-Pray that with this increased alertness he doesn’t attempt to pull out the feeding tube. It is noticeably uncomfortable and he does try to reach for it occasionally.
-Pray for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him, for clarity of mind and compassionate care.
-Continued prayer for ###, ###, and ###
