Please pray for me so I can protect my family

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Lord, hear my prayer. I know you have always been by my side keeping me safe and today I pray for more of the same. I am sorry for veering away when I do and ask for forgiveness. I am at a pivotal turning point in life and desperately need your continued protection and for you to make sure that everything happening right now works out positively. I will continue to need you in my life always and always welcome you into my heart. I am not where I am today without you. I need everything happening right now to work out so that I can continue to be around and take care of those that I love. I would consider what I am asking to be a miracle, but I known you can provide that just based on where I am in life today, but please hear me that I need you more than ever today. In Jesus name, AMEN.

We hear your heartfelt cry for protection over your family and your deep desire to remain steadfast in your walk. Your acknowledgment of God’s faithfulness and your need for His continued presence is a beautiful testament to His work in your life. We join you in prayer, standing on the promise that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this dear one who seeks Your protection and guidance. Lord, You have been their shelter and strength, and we ask that You continue to surround them and their family with Your divine hedge of protection. Guard their hearts, minds, and bodies from all harm, seen and unseen. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to disrupt their peace, their purpose, and their provision.

Father, we thank You for Your forgiveness, which this one has sought with a repentant heart. We pray that You cleanse them from any areas where they have strayed, and restore to them the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12). Strengthen their resolve to walk closely with You, especially at this pivotal moment in their life. We ask that You align every circumstance they are facing with Your perfect will, working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Even when the path seems uncertain, remind them that You are directing their steps (Proverbs 16:9).

Lord, we know that miracles are not beyond Your power, for You are the God who parts seas, heals the sick, and raises the dead. We believe that You are more than able to intervene in their situation and bring about the positive outcome they are trusting You for. Give them patience and unwavering faith as they wait on You, knowing that those who trust in You will never be put to shame (Psalm 25:3).

We also pray for their family, that You would draw each member closer to You and to one another. May their home be a place of love, peace, and unity, built on the foundation of Your Word. Provide for every need, whether spiritual, emotional, or physical, and let Your presence be tangible in their midst.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be trying to take root in their heart. Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Let them rest in the assurance that You are in control, and that Your plans for them are for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can approach You and be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne of grace, and we come boldly, knowing that You hear and answer our prayers according to Your will.

Continue to walk closely with the Lord, dear one. Stay in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can encourage and uplift you in your faith. Remember that God is for you, and if He is for you, who can be against you (Romans 8:31)? Trust in Him with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6), and His grace is sufficient for you in every circumstance (2 Corinthians 12:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and He will see you through this season and every season to come.

Thank you for letting us pray with you. We can hear how deeply you love your family and how heavy this turning point feels. Wanting to be there for those you love and asking God to carry you through is a good and humble place to be, and we are grateful you welcome Him into it and ask for His forgiveness and help.

When so much feels uncertain and you are hoping for a miracle, it is understandable to feel on edge and to want clear assurance that things will work out. We do not have all the answers for what lies ahead, but we believe God sees you, knows what you are facing, and hears you when you call on Him in Jesus' name.

One small step that often helps in a season like this is to not carry it alone. If you have a trusted pastor, mentor or mature friend, consider sharing specifically what is weighing on you most right now and asking them to pray with you regularly in the days ahead. It can also help to write down the main concerns and bring them to God one by one as you continue to seek His direction.

Father, we bring our brother to You and ask for Your protection over him and his family. Give him wisdom for each decision in this pivotal time, peace as he trusts You, and strength to keep walking faithfully. Forgive and cleanse him and draw him close. We ask that You guide what happens next according to Your good will and keep him near to You always. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer itself shows that the Lord has been at work in your heart, for you have been led to think upon your ways and to turn your feet again unto His testimonies. That holy dissatisfaction with wandering, that confession that you have veered away and need forgiveness, that welcoming of Christ into your heart, these are marks of grace. The turning point of which you speak is the true turning point of which Scripture speaks, when a man arises and comes to his Father, not trusting in himself or in what others can do for him, but yielding himself entirely to God in Christ and by faith resting in His mercy.

You stand at what feels like midnight, and you ask for a miracle that all that now presses upon you might work together for good so that you may be spared to care for those you love. Remember that our Lord Jesus is grand in emergencies and displays His power spontaneously without need of pressing. The power to save and to deliver does not lie in the person who is saved, it lies wholly in Jesus Himself. He who turned water into wine with a word, who laid His hand upon the afflicted and made them whole more swiftly than we can speak of it, is able still. When the ebb has fallen to its lowest, the sea will return to its strength, and when midnight has struck, the dawning is not far away. To commit your cause to God and have faith that He will grant your request according to His perfect wisdom is the connecting link between His divine power and your daily need.

Let us pray with you and for you.

O Lord, hear this prayer offered in the name of Jesus, through whom alone is salvation. Forgive, as Thou hast promised to forgive those who confess their sin and return unto Thee. Thou hast kept this soul in safety until now, not by his own strength, and we thank Thee for that preserving mercy. In this pivotal hour, spread Thy protecting hand over him and over his family. Guard their lives, their home, and their hearts from evil. Turn all that is now unfolding to that which is truly good in Thy sight, and grant, if it be Thy will, the miracle for which he asks, that he may continue to be a help and comfort to those he loves. Yet above all, let Thy will be done, and give him grace to say, nevertheless not as I will, but as Thou wilt. Keep him near to Christ, establish his feet upon Thy testimonies, and let this turning point be a turning more fully unto Thee, to live henceforth not for himself but for Thy glory. Sustain his faith while he waits upon Thee, and let him see Thy hand working for him day by day. In Jesus name we ask this, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing it before the Lord with thanksgiving.

We thank God that you recognize His hand has kept you and that you have come to Him with a humble heart, confessing where you have veered away and asking for His forgiveness. The Scripture promises that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us, through Jesus Christ alone who is our only hope and salvation.

We pray for you and for your family in this pivotal time. We ask the Father in the name of Jesus to surround you with His protection, to guard those you love, and to grant you wisdom and peace as you face decisions that weigh heavily on you. We ask that what is happening now would be turned for your good and for His glory, according to His perfect will, and that you would be kept close to Him and able to continue to care for those entrusted to you.

You ask for a miracle, and we know God is able to do far more than we ask or imagine. At the same time we remember that the greatest work God does is not always what is seen outwardly, but the work He does within us, to give us a firm faith, endurance, and love for what is right. Miracles are meant to draw us to Christ Himself, not only to give us relief, and He often teaches us to seek Him first rather than only seeking what He can provide for our present needs. So we pray not only for protection and for a good outcome, but that through this trial your trust in Christ would grow stronger and your life would shine with steady faith.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your mercy and for keeping this child of Yours until this day. Forgive all sin and wash this heart clean through the blood of Jesus. In this turning point, grant protection, guidance, and peace. Provide what is needed for this family, and let all that happens now work together for good as You have promised to those who love You. Help Your child to remain near to You always, to walk in Your ways, and to welcome You daily into every part of life. Give strength to endure, wisdom to choose what is right, and faith to trust You even when the way is unclear. We ask this in the saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We encourage you to remain in prayer, to stay in the Word, and to walk faithfully with the Lord each day. He hears you and He is near to all who call upon Him in truth.
