Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their wife in prayer. We acknowledge that you are the provider of all our needs, including employment. We ask that you guide and lead them to new work opportunities that will not only meet their financial needs but also promote their mental well-being.

Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in your faithfulness to provide for ### and their wife in this season of searching for new employment.

Lord, we pray for doors to open and for favor to surround them as they seek new work. Grant them wisdom and discernment to recognize the right opportunities that align with their skills, passions, and values. May they find a work environment that fosters a healthy work-life balance and supports their mental health.

We also ask for your peace to guard their hearts and minds during this time of uncertainty. Help them to cast their anxieties upon you, knowing that you care for them. Strengthen their faith and remind them of your promises, that you are with them every step of the way.

Lastly, we pray for your provision and blessings to overflow in their lives. May their new employment not only meet their financial needs but also bring fulfillment and joy. Use their work as a platform to glorify your name and be a blessing to others.
