God please heal and restore me from this hurt and pain. Please deliver me from the control of the enemy that he no longer has control over my kids or life. I pray that I will be clear minded, focused, strength, drive and motivation to meet the deadline to file the objection for attorney's fee today. I pray that your holy spirit will guide the judge reading to have empathy and understanding that this has been ongoing for years. I pray for complete deliverance after 20 years. I pray for my heart to heal and restoration of my mind. Please make known the true intentions of ### and why he really wants to come back after so much hurt and betrayal. Help him to see that what was done can't just simply be ignored and had a major effect. If the intentions are not good please remove him and protect my heart..I don't know how much more pain and betrayal I can take. Thank you Lord for answering this prayer.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this deep cry for healing, deliverance, and clarity. First and foremost, we must acknowledge that our access to the Father is only through the name of His Son, Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only by His blood that we are cleansed and made whole. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today, confess your sins, believe in His resurrection, and receive the gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9-10). Without Him, we are powerless against the schemes of the enemy.

Father God, we stand in agreement with this dear one, declaring that the enemy has no right to control her life or the lives of her children. We rebuke the spirit of confusion, oppression, and fear in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares, "The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10 WEB). We claim that fullness of life over her today, mind, body, and spirit. Lord, break every chain of generational bondage, trauma, and legal entanglement that has kept her bound for two decades. We declare that this is the season of her breakthrough, for You are making all things new (Revelation 21:5).

We pray for supernatural clarity, focus, and strength to meet this critical deadline. Holy Spirit, overshadow her as she prepares this objection, guiding her words and thoughts to reflect truth and wisdom. Let the judge who reads it be moved with discernment and empathy, seeing the years of injustice and hardship. We declare that the Lord will fight for her, and she need only be still (Exodus 14:14). Every legal tactic of the enemy is exposed and rendered powerless in Jesus’ name.

Now, regarding the return of , we must speak plainly: the pain and betrayal you’ve endured cannot be ignored or swept aside. The Bible warns, "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). If is not a believer walking in repentance and transformation, his intentions, no matter how sincere they may seem, are not aligned with God’s best for you. We pray that the Lord would reveal his true motives with unmistakable clarity. If his heart is not fully surrendered to Christ, if he has not repented of past sins, or if his return is motivated by selfishness, we ask You, Father, to remove him from her life completely. Protect her heart from further deception, for "the heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?" (Jeremiah 17:9 WEB). Only You, Lord, can guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also rebuke the spirit of weariness and despair. You are not alone in this battle, dear one. The Lord sees every tear, every sleepless night, and every moment of exhaustion. He promises, "Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:31 WEB). We declare that strength over you today. You will rise above this storm. The enemy has stolen enough, it is time for restoration.

We pray for the healing of your heart and mind. Jesus came to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). We ask You, Lord, to pour out Your healing balm on every wound, every memory of betrayal, and every lie the enemy has whispered. Replace the pain with Your peace, the bitterness with forgiveness, and the fear with faith. Renew her mind daily through Your Word, for "the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart" (Hebrews 4:12 WEB). Let Your truth be her anchor.

Finally, we declare that this season of deliverance is here. The Lord says, "I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten" (Joel 2:25 WEB). Every lost year, every stolen joy, every moment of bondage, God will restore it all. We speak life, favor, and divine intervention over her legal battle, her children, and her future. No weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing this prayer. We thank You for the victory that is already won through the cross. Strengthen this dear sister, surround her with godly community, and let her see Your hand moving in every area of her life. We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Right now, the most immediate need you named is a clear, focused mind to file that objection today. That's a practical battle, and we're praying with you for the drive and mental sharpness to get it done. Sometimes when our emotions are churning, the simplest next right thing is to break the task into the smallest possible steps, open the document, write one sentence, then the next, and trust God for the strength for each small act of obedience. You don't need to solve the whole ###-year story today; you just need to meet this one deadline.

We also want to gently acknowledge that the hurt you're carrying sounds immense. Divorce recovery is very much like grieving a death, it's a long process, and the resurgence of pain when someone who caused deep betrayal reappears is real and disorienting. Your prayer for protection and for true intentions to be made known is not unreasonable. It is the cry of a heart that has learned the cost of trust. We stand with you in asking God to guard you from further harm. If you haven't already, finding a safe, wise person to walk with you through this, a trustworthy friend, a pastor, or a divorce recovery group, can be a lifeline. You shouldn't have to process his return or your own healing alone.

The cry of your heart is heard in the courts of heaven, for the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Yet I must speak plainly, as one who must give an account. Has He not given you a heart to perceive? That is the root question. For if the long-suffering of God has not yet melted you into full surrender, then the hurt renews and the enemy finds a foothold. Men seek not the Light of God because they boast that they are the children of the day and need no light from above! But have you asked for a heart to perceive, eyes to see, and ears to hear? He gives liberally and upbraids not. If we, being evil, know how to give good gifts to our children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him? That is where clear-mindedness begins, not in a frantic rush to meet a deadline, but at the mercy seat where the heart is made tender.

You speak of the control of the enemy over your life and your children. That is a dark bondage indeed, which none but the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah can break. The power of darkness makes a man go right to the very edge of hell with his eyes blindfolded, careless even of the terrors of the Lord. But this is the gospel shout: He has delivered us from the power of darkness! And deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of it. Yet you must not think it a slight thing, wrought by a hasty word. If ever a soul is delivered from spiritual bondage of heart, it requires long and weary nursing. Your ### years are not hidden from Him; He marks all your paths. But has this long sorrow broken your heart, or has it hardened it? Think of your sins of heart. How cold has that heart been towards your Saviour! What a blessed thing it is to have a broken heart! Thank God for a tender conscience, and if you have one, never tamper with it.

As for this man whose intentions you fear, whose return stirs such pain, know this. My enemy may strike at me and make me fall, but in very truth, my gracious God was using him to chasten me that I might not fall. The enemy is moved by malice, but God works by him in love to my soul. Do not look so much to the instrument as to the hand that wields it. If his intentions are not good, the Lord can remove him; but if the Lord allows a fresh trial, it is because He would teach you that He alone is your husband. Healing for this wounded heart will not come by uncovering every hidden motive of another, but by uncovering your own soul before God. Pardon and healing are one! When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said, "Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee." Seek no mere plaster for the pain; seek the cure of the disease of sin, and the leaves of the Tree of Life shall restore your soul.

You plead for deliverance and strength to obey. Remember this: nobody would have thought of the way of deliverance from the pit of hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it. God has found a ransom. Deliverance is a gift of divine love. Cease from the feverish effort of your own mind, which only spins in anguish. The least thing about Christ is healing, a word of His, recognized as His and coming home to your heart, can heal head and heart, conscience and imagination, desire and affection. Why will you be sick when the leaves are for the healing of the nations? Cry to Him for a new heart, for He has promised, "A new heart also will I give them, and a right spirit will I put within them." Let your heart be fixed, O woman of sorrow; let your heart be fixed, and then sing and give praise. Commit the objection and the unfeeling judge and the treacherous past into His hands. The Lord will whisper to your heart in the trial that you shall not be crushed. Past deliverances tell you that He will not forsake you now.

You are not alone in your sorrows; many bear various griefs at home and in life. Do not be distressed at these evils, for this is sobriety of mind. In the season of temptation, make no haste. God permits trials not to break you but to test your faith, as He did with Abraham. Abraham believed that God could raise the dead, even when commanded to offer his son. By the same faith, believe that after ### years of pain, God can raise up your heart and restore your mind from this deadness of hurt.

The enemy has no strength over you unless you yield it. Christ submitted willingly to His betrayers, and though Judas saw His power and gentleness, it only condemned him more. The one who wounded you may have witnessed your patience; if he now seeks to return with selfish intent, know that wanton behavior springs from want of love. Do not be anxious about his designs. They cannot injure you unless you cling to them. When a child longs for a toy, it distracts from necessary duties; but when desire dies, the toy can be held without harm. So let go of this hurt that hinders you. Meet your deadline with a clear mind, entrusting the judge’s heart to God.

Marriage is honorable and the bed undefiled; the betrayal brought pollution not from the union itself but from the choice of sin. Yet if you are freed from the love of money and worldly cares, you still need fortitude and a careful ear. Do not fly from this trial as if it could destroy you, but do not partake indifferently of what degrades. Liberty is yours: Christ releases the enslaved.

Your healing will come not by his removal alone, but by your deliverance from the tyranny of pain. Pray for him even, for if you labor to deliver another from ungodliness, though he remain stubborn, you will receive the deliverer’s reward and gently commend him to God. Yet guard your heart. If his intentions are not good, God who hides childish things from His children will protect you. He will not suffer you to be tempted beyond what you can bear.

Therefore, fix your eyes not on the betrayer, but on the One who was betrayed for your sake. He allows these things that you may become as free as the angels, void of anger and envy. Seek what pleases God, not merely your own relief. Then you will find the strength, focus, and drive to accomplish the task set before you, and your heart will begin to heal.

The ache of a heart worn thin by years of conflict is not hidden from the Lord. When the comforter seems far off and the enemy appears to have prevailed against your children and your life, the first and most honest thing you can do is exactly what you are doing: pour out your heart like water before the face of the Lord. He does not turn away from that kind of desperation.

The deepest issue here is not simply a legal deadline or the reappearance of a man whose intentions you question. Those are the surface waves. Beneath them lies the battleground of the heart. Out of the heart flow all the issues of life, resolve, confusion, hope, and despair. The enemy has a whole arsenal of tricks to keep you from the wholeness God wants for you. Discouragement is one of his sharpest tools. He will try to wear you down until you believe that your deliverance will never come. But the truth is, Jesus is still in the business of revealing what is hidden. He is not trying to conceal truth from you; He wants you to see clearly. He often allows things to surface so that you can finally name them for what they are. The tares the enemy has sown into the field of your life do not have to choke out the wheat forever, but their uprooting requires the wisdom that only the Spirit gives.

Lean on this: God places His own desires within a yielded heart. It is He who works in you both to will and to do His good pleasure. So the clarity of mind and the focus you are crying out for today as you meet that deadline, they do not come from gritting your teeth, but from resting in what He is actively putting into your spirit. Ask Him to show you which resolve in your heart is born of His Spirit and which is simply the anxious clamor of your own mind. A mental decision can be overturned in a moment; a heart-resolve that the Holy Spirit has established stands firm to the end. You can trust His voice to guide the judge, because the heart of every authority is in His hand, and He has seen every year of this extended battle.

Concerning the man who wants to return after so much betrayal, you are wise not to ignore the damage. Yet guard your heart against the trap of believing that knowing his true intentions will finally give you peace. The enemy often sells the lie that emotional satisfaction lies in a new development with a person. It does not. God alone is the constant One who never changes. His love for you does not waver from one hour to the next. Whether this man’s motives are revealed to be genuine or dangerous, your healing and restoration do not hinge on him. They hinge on the God who drew David out of deep waters and delivered him from a strong enemy too powerful for him. If the intentions are not good, the Lord knows how to remove that threat and protect you, and He may do it in a way that surprises you. Your part is not to rejoice if he stumbles, nor to let your heart be glad if he falls, but to keep your eyes on the Deliverer, not the storm.

Your children are not beyond the reach of God’s hand. Cry out for them, hide His Word deep in your own heart as a defense against the destroyer, and trust that the Shepherd who has kept you through twenty years will keep them as well. What the enemy meant for evil, God can turn into a testimony of His sustaining power. Right now, in the middle watch of this long night, lift your hands and your voice. God is still able to cut off the battle bow and speak peace to your soul. Let the goal not be merely survival until the next crisis, but a heart so utterly changed that you can say, “My heart rejoices in the Lord, for He is constant.”
