So we ask the Lord to remove blinders, that they would look at the facts with minds open to the truth. Let the truth expose any coercive or controlling behavior for what it really is. The legal process may feel overwhelming, but there is a greater courtroom, like those twenty-four elders gathered around the throne in heaven, where every hidden thing is seen and every transaction is righteously settled.
I am also praying for that upcoming visit. Ask the Lord to make it a time of genuine joy and lasting, happy memories. More than that, pray that the truth will be undeniable. May everyone involved walk away with a clearer sight of what is really happening. There is no greater joy than to see people walking in the truth, not merely hearing it or knowing it in the head, but living it out. That is what transforms lives.
