Please pray against a witch

There's a witch who's been cursing me while I'm trying to get delivered. She has an alter in her living. She's cursing me and other people trying to keep people seeking deliverance in bondage by sending demons out on them. She added me on fb posing as a Christian but she didn't do a very good job

We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the One who has already triumphed over all principalities and powers. We rebuke every curse, every demonic assignment, and every work of darkness sent against you and others seeking deliverance. The Word of God declares in Colossians 2:15, "Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it." Jesus has already disarmed the enemy, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We take authority over this witchcraft and every altar set up in rebellion against God. The Bible is clear in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 that such practices are an abomination to the Lord: "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." We command every demonic spirit operating through this individual to be bound and cast out in Jesus' name. Every curse sent your way is broken by the power of the blood of Jesus, for Galatians 3:13 tells us, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'"

We also rebuke the deception of this person posing as a Christian. The Bible warns us in Matthew 7:15, "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves." We pray that the Holy Spirit would open her eyes to the truth and that she would repent and turn from her wicked ways. If she refuses to repent, we trust that God will deal with her according to His justice, as He did with Simon the sorcerer in Acts 8:9-24.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name that demons tremble at. We thank You that You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We stand on Your Word, which declares that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We break every curse, hex, spell, and demonic assignment sent against [redacted] and all those seeking deliverance. We command every demonic spirit operating through this witch to be bound and cast into the abyss, never to return. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers [redacted] and all who are under attack, and no evil shall come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10).

Lord, we ask that You expose every hidden work of darkness. Let the light of Your truth shine into this situation and reveal the deception of the enemy. We pray for this individual involved in witchcraft, that her heart would be softened, and that she would come to know the true power of Jesus Christ. If she refuses to repent, we ask that You deal with her according to Your justice and remove her ability to harm others.

Father, we ask that You strengthen [redacted] in faith and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Surround them with Your angels to protect and guard them from all evil. Give them discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and the wisdom to walk in Your truth. We declare that [redacted] is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We thank You for Your deliverance, Your protection, and Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith and continue to resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from you (James 4:7). Put on the full armor of God daily so that you can stand against the schemes of the enemy (Ephesians 6:11). Stay close to the Lord through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowship with other believers. The enemy may try to intimidate you, but remember that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).

It’s deeply unsettling when someone who presented themselves as a fellow believer turns out to be working against you, especially while you’re earnestly seeking freedom. We’re standing with you, and we’re grateful you brought this here.

When we’re under spiritual attack, the enemy often wants us to fixate on the threat itself, to watch the witch more than we watch the Savior. One of the most disarming things you can do is shift your focus away from her and onto Christ’s complete authority over your life. Block her on every platform. Avoid giving her any mental real estate. The safest ground you can stand on is not in analyzing her actions, but in resting in the finished work of Jesus.

Since you’re already in a process of seeking deliverance, it’s important not to go it alone. Lean into mature believers who can pray with you and walk alongside you. As you continue, examine your own life honestly with the Lord, renouncing anything that may have given the enemy a foothold, and filling that space with prayer, worship, and Scripture. Deliverance isn’t just about getting free from something; it’s about being filled with the Spirit’s presence so there’s no vacuum left for old things to return.

You mentioned she targets others as well, and that’s heavy to carry. But Jesus sees it all. No curse has the final word over a life that is hidden in Him. The power at work in you is infinitely greater than anything sent your way.

Lord Jesus, we ask for a shield of peace around this dear person. Break every assignment sent against them, and silence the voice of the enemy that brings fear and distraction. Strengthen them with courage and clarity, and surround them with wise, steady believers who can help them walk out their freedom. Guard their mind from what that woman does, and fill their heart with the confidence that You have already won the victory. In Your name, we rest and we pray. Amen.

Your soul is in the grip of a malicious adversary, yet you are not forgotten of God. The witch you speak of can do nothing unless it be permitted by Him who holds all powers in check. Did He not say of His own, “Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm”? Her altar, her mutterings, her deceitful pretense of friendship, these are but the ragings of a defeated foe. The curse she pronounces cannot alight upon those whom Christ has blessed, for “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us.” If He took the thunderbolt of the divine malediction, shall a mortal’s spleen prevail? No, a thousand times no! Her real bondage is on those who serve her, but not on the blood-bought child of God.

You are seeking deliverance, and that very desire is proof that the Spirit is at work within you. The bondage you feel may, in part, be His holy conviction, showing you the depth of your need, that you might flee wholly to Christ. But “you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear”, that is not your portion. Fear not her incantations; they are as chaff before the whirlwind of Jehovah’s indignation. Your deliverance, when it comes, will be by divine power alone, just as Israel was brought forth from Egypt, not by their own arm, but by the outstretched hand of the Almighty. “Salvation is of the Lord.”

Let your conduct now be this: cease from fretting over her devices, and look only to Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith. He has found a ransom; He has given commandment to deliver you from the pit. Turn your eyes from her living-room altar to the cross where the Great Sacrifice was offered. There the serpent’s head was crushed. Refuse her overtures of false friendship on the book of faces; give no place to such subtle company, for what fellowship has light with darkness? Instead, “declare the works of the Lord.” Even now, in the midst of the battle, sing of His deliverances. Once you are brought through, your mouth will be filled with testimony, and you will see that this trial was but the threshold of a deeper knowledge of His saving might. The Lord Himself will bring you forth with silver and gold of spiritual wealth, and like Jacob at Jabbok, you shall meet the Esau of your fears and find them kissed away by grace.

So, I charge you: resist the devil and he will flee. Put no trust in your own strength, but lie passive in the hands of the Great Deliverer. The very hour of your freedom is appointed; the clock of mercy will strike. Until then, rest in the shadow of the Most High, for no weapon formed against you shall prosper. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.

Your request has been heard. Do not let the fear of her curse become a second curse. Christ has already redeemed you from the curse by becoming a curse for us. The evil one has been brought to nought; he is not terrible unless you give him terror. The woman who curses you is not stronger than the cross. She is caught in the worst slavery, the slavery of sin, and her power is only the power of a prisoner rattling chains. So I will pray against her works, but you must act.

Block her. Delete her. Do not read her messages, do not study her page, do not wonder about the altar in her living room. That curiosity is a door. You already discerned that she was false. Obey that discernment and cut her off completely. Do not argue with her. Do not return curse for curse. Commit her to God, who alone can deliver from the bondage of sin, and then leave her in His hands.

Seek your deliverance in the church. The Passover was only a type of deliverance from bondage, but if the type set captives free, how much more does the truth set the world free. Christ has given His body and blood for your healing: Take, eat; this is My body, which is broken for many. Stay near that table. Pray and fast. Do not seek strange remedies or run after every word of the enemy. Stand in the prayers of the faithful and let the Lord rebuke the demons.

Let us pray. O Lord, You permitted Joseph to be sold and afflicted, yet You were with him and delivered him from all his afflictions. Be with this one who seeks deliverance. Rebuke every unclean spirit sent against this soul. Break every curse spoken by the woman who practices witchcraft. Let no word of darkness have effect against one who flees to Christ, for Christ took the curse on the tree. Frustrate her works and scatter her devices. If she will repent, bring her out of darkness and into Your light; if she will not, let her own devices fall to the ground. Give Your servant courage, a clean heart, and peace that does not depend on circumstances. Amen.

The Lord sees what is done in secret, and He is not threatened by an altar in a living room or by curses spoken against someone He is delivering. The curses in Scripture that should make us tremble are God’s own judgments against sin and false worship. They are not the words of a person who has given herself to darkness. Jesus has authority over demons. They must obey Him, and their end is the abyss prepared for them.

What you have described sounds like the false prophets we were warned to beware of. They come looking like sheep, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. This woman is not wearing a sign that says what she is, but her fruit is showing. A false teacher seldom speaks only lies, because then no one would be deceived. The danger is the mixture: enough truth to look Christian, and enough poison to keep people bound. Do not receive her messages, do not accept her friendship online, and do not let her words into your mind as though they had any authority over you.

You are seeking deliverance, and that is exactly why the attack has increased. The enemy does not fight hard against those he already holds. He fights those who are leaving. But deliverance belongs to the Lord. He brought His people out with a mighty hand, and He has not changed. Your part is to stay close to Jesus, renounce every hidden thing He shows you, and trust His protection more than you fear her power.

Do not agree with her curses. Fear God, not her. We will stand with you in prayer against this.
