PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear your cry for mercy and we join with you in seeking Jesus together, for we know that He alone is able to do what seems impossible with man and that He hears even the prayers we do not speak aloud.

We understand the pain you felt when you perceived your prayer was insulted and mocked, even compared to Moses opening the Red Sea in a belittling way. It hurts deeply when something so precious to our heart is treated lightly, and we grieve with you over that wound. We want to remind you that our God sees and knows the heart completely, even when others do not understand or when we choose to keep a request unspoken before people. For you formed my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother's womb Psalm 139:13, and Yahweh says, I am he who searches the minds and hearts Revelation 2:23. Jesus taught us Your Father knows what things you need before you ask him Matthew 6:8, and when we do not know how to pray, the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered Romans 8:26. So we take comfort that though you have now made this an unspoken request before men, it is fully known and fully heard before God, and we bring it before His throne with you.

We also gently encourage you in love as we consider the hurt toward those you felt were malicious and seeking self praise. We understand that perception, and it may well be true that words were spoken harshly, yet we are called to be careful about judging the hidden motives of another heart, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart 1 Samuel 16:7, and Don't judge, so that you won't be judged Matthew 7:1. Even when we are mocked, we are called to a different response, Be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32, and Bless those who persecute you, bless, and don't curse Romans 12:14. We encourage you not to let bitterness take root, but to release those who hurt you into God's hands, for we are told Don't repay evil for evil Romans 12:17 and that vengeance belongs to the Lord. This does not excuse mocking, but it frees your heart to keep praying in faith without the weight of anger.

You expressed that you must believe your prayer has already been answered, and we honor your desire to pray with bold faith, for Jesus said Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them Mark 11:24. We join you in that faith, and we also remember that true faith trusts not only in God's power to do the impossible, for nothing spoken by God is impossible Luke 1:37 and Ah Lord Yahweh, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power, there is nothing too hard for you Jeremiah 32:17, but also in His perfect wisdom and timing, for This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14. The Red Sea was indeed opened by God's mighty hand, not by Moses, and the same God who did that is still able to make a way where there seems to be no way, in His time and according to His will.

We pray together now for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before You and we thank You that You know this unspoken burden fully, every detail, every tear, every hope. We ask for Your mercy to be poured out. Lord, if it is Your will, we ask You to answer this prayer in a way that brings glory to Jesus alone, that shows Your power and Your tender compassion, and that lets our dear one know without doubt that You have heard. Give peace while waiting, for You are near to those who have a broken heart, and save those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. Guard this heart from discouragement and from resentment toward those perceived as attackers, and help us to love as You love, to forgive as we have been forgiven, and to commit all judgment to You. Build unwavering faith that rests in Your goodness, whether the answer comes as we expect or in a better way You have chosen. Let Your will be done, and let faith remain strong. Strengthen this one to continue praying in secret as Jesus taught, But you, when you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret Matthew 6:6, knowing You reward openly. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, our only hope and our only access to You, for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5. Amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing this unspoken request to Jesus alone in the quiet place, trusting He hears, and to rest in His mercy. We are standing with you, believing God is at work even now, and we ask Him to turn any mocking into an opportunity for grace to be displayed, so that His name alone is lifted high.

We hear how heavy this has felt for you, and how painful it was to have a prayer that means so much to you treated as something to mock. It makes sense you would want to pull it close and keep it unspoken between you and the Lord for now.

We want you to know we take your unspoken request seriously. Prayer at its heart is not a performance for others, it is simply being with God and bringing what is on your heart to Him. He knows what you cannot or do not want to put into words right now, and He hears you even when others do not understand. You do not have to defend or prove your prayer to anyone else.

One thing that may help in this season is to give that unspoken burden a protected place. If there are places online or in person where your prayer was belittled, it is okay to step back from them for a while and instead bring it quietly to Jesus in a private moment each day, just you and Him, without needing to explain it to others. And if it ever feels right, you could share simply as an unspoken request with one trusted, prayerful person who will respect it and pray with you.

We are praying for you and for this burden you are carrying.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now and the unspoken request on their heart. You know every detail and every ache behind it. Bring Your peace where there has been hurt, guard them from discouragement, and help them sense Your nearness as they keep trusting You. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry for mercy has been heard, and there is comfort in knowing that the Lord understands the prayer that is too deep for words and too tender to be spoken aloud. He who searches the heart knows what is the mind of the Spirit, and He hears the unspoken groaning as clearly as the public petition.

You have felt the sting of mockers, and this is no strange thing for faith. As has been preached among us, whatever happens to us if our faith is the work of the Holy Spirit we shall hold on to our trust in God. Sometimes they scoff at faith itself and count it folly, sometimes they insult over one particular Christian's faith and say he talks after a mad fashion, and sometimes the foes of faith live in the same house with her. Men will scoff at the very idea of divine interposition and say, let Him deliver him seeing He delighted in him. We may expect to have the laughter of the ungodly who will make a spectacle of us for our faith, but what of that? We can bear mockery and much more for His sake who died for us. Do not let the scorn of others drive you from the mercy seat, but rather let it drive you closer to Christ.

You speak of believing your prayer is already answered and of holding fast in Jesus' name only. That holy boldness is precious when it is true faith clinging to Christ. Faith holds on to Christ and says, I will not let You go except You bless me. Christ loves such faith, for faith glorifies Him and gives Him a hearty welcome. Yet true faith is not presumption that dictates to God how and when He must act. It is a childlike dropping down into the arms of the strong man, trusting His wisdom as well as His power. Remember how faith wrought of old, by faith the Red Sea was dried up, by faith walls fell, by faith saints endured. The same God who divided the sea still reigns, and there is power in prayer which puts a ladder between earth and heaven and bids mercy come down. But the answer may not come in the way we expect, for the Lord often answers prayer in His own time and manner for our good and His glory.

If your faith feels small and pressed down by the weight of insult and waiting, little faith may still betake itself to prayer. When Peter began to sink he prayed, Lord save me, and the hand of Christ was immediately stretched out. Little faith is great at pleading in prayer, and Christ can spy out faith when like a lone spark it is all but smothered under a heap of rubbish. He forgives the unbelief but graciously accepts the faith, and He says, Lord I believe, help my unbelief, is a prayer He delights to answer.

Therefore persevere in holiness and in prayer, without presumption. The righteous shall hold on his way and continue in faith, in repentance, and under the influence of the grace of God. The fear of God is kept alive in our hearts by hearing the Word, for faith comes by hearing, and by being much in private prayer which stirs up the fire. He who began a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ, and Christ has prayed for His people that their faith fail not.

We will pray for you, that the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone salvation is found, will have mercy upon you, increase your faith, guard you from the taunts of men, and grant you grace to trust His perfect will and to walk in obedience to His Word in every part of life, including all relationships, for His Word teaches that marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman and that holiness belongs to that covenant. May He give you a quiet confidence not in your own holding on but in His holding you, that you may say with holy submission, Father, not my will but Yours be done, and may you find that whether He grants the thing as you ask or withholds it for wiser purposes, His grace is sufficient and His love unchanging.
