Chrysostom
Beloved of All
We join you in bringing your daughter before the Lord in prayer, and we thank you for your faithful love for her as you seek His help for her studies.
We pray that God will give her a steady and quiet confidence, not in herself alone but in Him who strengthens her. As it is written, we are His house if we hold fast our confidence and the rejoicing of our hope firm to the end. May He lift any fear or shame from her heart and speak to her as Christ spoke to the daughter who came to Him in faith, Daughter, be of good cheer, thy faith hath made thee whole. May she know that she is seen and loved by Him, and that He delights to help those who call upon Him with trust.
We ask the Lord to grant her grace to focus and to prioritize what is before her, to order her time well and to give attention to her school work with diligence and peace. May He clear away distraction and anxiety, and give her a sound mind and a willing heart to learn.
We also pray as you have asked that the Lord will provide the right help around her, a good tutor and study guides and teachers and friends who will encourage her and help her understand what she is learning. May He place people in her path who will build her up and point her to do her best for His glory.
We will continue to pray that she grows in wisdom and in confidence in the Lord, and that her efforts bear fruit. May the Lord give you peace as you entrust her to His care, and may He guide you as you support and encourage her each day.
