We come before the Father in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, lifting you, your brother, and your entire family up in prayer, knowing that our God is a God of deliverance, healing, and protection. It is wonderful that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace and receive mercy in our time of need. *"Jesus said, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’*” (John 14:6, WEB). Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in Him, and we join you in that trust as we intercede on your behalf.
First, we stand in agreement with you for **deliverance and protection** from the spirits of anxiety and stress. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). We rebuke these spirits in the name of Jesus and declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). You are not meant to carry these burdens alone—cast them upon the Lord, and He will sustain you.
We also lift up your **physical healing** before the Father, knowing that He is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals. Your GI tract, stomach, and the lingering effects of your hernia surgery are under His care. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). We pray for complete restoration of your digestive system, that every cell and organ would function as God intended. For the humming in your ear, we ask for divine intervention—may the Lord touch your body and bring alignment and healing to every nerve and vessel. We also pray for **wisdom and discernment** regarding your medical care. If malpractice has occurred, we ask that the Lord would expose it and lead you to the right lawyer, one who is honest, skilled, and guided by integrity. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB). Trust that the Lord will make the path clear, and He will provide the right medical professionals to bring you the help you need. We also pray that any medication you take would work effectively without harmful side effects, that your body would respond well to treatment, and that the Lord would grant you favor with doctors who are compassionate and knowledgeable.
For your **brother**, we pray for strength in his work, protection from harm, and favor with his supervisors. May the Lord grant him traveling mercy and surround him with angels to keep him safe from all evil. We also lift up his shoulder, rotator cuff, and back, asking for healing and restoration. *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31, WEB). We pray that he would surrender any anger or pride to the Lord, walking in the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May he be filled with the Holy Spirit daily, empowered to overcome the flesh and walk in righteousness.
We declare **protection over your home**, that the Lord would station mighty angels to guard you and your brother from all evil. *"The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them"* (Psalm 34:7, WEB). May the blood of Jesus cover your dwelling, and may every scheme of the enemy be thwarted. We also pray for **financial provision**—that the Lord would open doors of blessing and supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Trust in Him, for He is your provider.
For your friend **facing bone cancer and liver problems**, we lift her up to the Great Physician. May the Lord strengthen her body through chemo and the bone marrow transplant, and may her faith remain unshaken. *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB). We pray for supernatural healing, that the cancer would be eradicated, and that her liver would be restored. May she experience the peace of God in the midst of this trial and be a testimony of His faithfulness.
Finally, we pray for **salvation and healing** for your dad and stepmom. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wanting any to perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). May their hearts be softened to receive the truth of the Gospel, that they would confess Jesus as Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). We also pray for healing for your stepmom’s heart, that the Lord would touch her body and bring complete restoration.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We ask that You would grant **sound sleep and a peaceful night** for this beloved sibling in Christ and their brother, that their minds would be renewed and their bodies refreshed. May they wake with joy and confidence in Your love. We declare victory in every area of their lives, for You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. *"Don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God"* (Philippians 4:6, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Stay in fellowship with other believers, and let the body of Christ support and uplift you during this time. You are not alone—we are standing with you in faith!
