Beloved of All
The cry you have brought is not too hard for the Lord. What you are enduring is real, but the authority of Jesus over it is more real. You have already named the right foundation: God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name that is above every name. Because of that, every enemy must bow to Him. The words of Luke 10:19 are not a magical formula; they are a share in the victory Jesus has already won. You are not claiming authority in yourself. You are standing in His name.
You asked for deliverance, peace, rest, and forgiveness. Those belong together. Bring your sins to Him honestly, because the promise remains that if you confess them, He is faithful and just to forgive and to cleanse. Ask Him to search out any unforgiveness as well, because hidden resentment can become a foothold. Let Him lift it from you. Then refuse to let fear drive you. The enemy often roars like a lion to scare you into folding. But in Christ the enemy is not your match. Resist him steadfastly, and he will flee. Do not give in to panic. You have been given authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy.
Keep your mind stayed on the Lord rather than on the burning and the attack. His thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and restoration, not of evil. The face of the Lord is against the evil that is coming against you, and His eyes are on the righteous. His ears are open to their prayers. There is no rest for the wicked, but you have come to Jesus for rest, and in Him the war is already settled. Rest in His finished work. He is able to do what you cannot do for yourself.
I am asking with you that the burning would stop, that this evil would be rebuked and removed, and that you would know peace while you wait. But do not wait for the feeling of peace before you rest. Confess, yield, resist, and rest now. God is on the throne. Jesus has the name above every name. That is your ground.
