We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your precious son. We have been lifting him before the Lord and asking for the peaceful and calm day you requested, that the torment, anxiety, confusion, irritation and restlessness he has been feeling would be lifted and replaced with clarity, joy, relaxation, obedience and the sweet peace that surpasses all understanding spoken of in Philippians 4:7.
We have continued to pray for his sleep after a night without rest, that the Lord would grant him a sweet, peaceful and undisturbed sleep and that he would wake refreshed, rejuvenated and filled with joy. We have also been praying for every practical area you mentioned, for his meals that he would eat peacefully without confusion or wasting food and be content and grateful, for his hygiene and shaving and sensory needs with clothing, that the spirit of calm, gratefulness and cooperation would rest on him, and for his time with his caregivers, his sister, her dog and other visitors that he would be well behaved, content and thankful.
We are trusting with you for the complete healing of his mind and heart, that the Lord would break the chains of anxiety and erase PTSD memories, negative habits and past hurts, and replace them with godly manners and a calm gentle way to express his wants and needs. We pray for his protection from fear, anger, rage and spiritual attacks, that no weapon formed against him shall prosper and that the Lord would surround him and your home and vehicles with ministry angels and a hedge of protection as promised in Psalm 91:11 and that by His stripes he is healed according to Isaiah 53:5.
We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you and we count it a blessing to continue to intercede for him and for you.
If your request was answered and you have seen him experience more peaceful days and nights, calm meals, restful sleep and freedom from torment and PTSD behaviors, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not yet seem to have been answered and he is still struggling with sleeplessness, anxiety, confusion at meals, or agitation, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
