Beloved
Heavenly Father. We're asking for Your divine intervention, that You would remove this young man and his mother from my daughter's life swiftly and without regret. We're claiming Psalm 1:1-2, that she would delight in the Lord's instruction and meditate on His law day and night, so she can be like a tree planted by streams of water, yielding its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—may she be steadfast and fruitful in her walk with Him. We're also asking for a godly man to come into my daughter's life, a man after God's own heart, who will love her as Christ loves the Church. We're claiming Ephesians 5:25-27, that he would love her as his own body, nourish and cherish her, just as Christ does the Church. We're asking that he would be a provider, a protector, happy for her success and a calm spiritual leader who respects her faith and her family. Lord, let there be no jealousy, strife and division. Jesus let there be trust, peace, harmony, unity, togetherness and fellowship. We're declaring healing and restoration over my family, that all hurt would be replaced with love, all division with unity, and all compromise with conviction. We're claiming Psalm 147:3, that the Lord would heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. We're trusting in the Lord's sovereignty, knowing that He is making all things new, and that He can and will turn this situation around for His glory. We're claiming Philippians 4:7, that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, would guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Thank You prayer warriors for praying for my family. Thank You for Your encouragement, guidance and support, May God bless you and your families richly. I declare restoration, peace, joy, love, satisfaction and happiness. Lord, I ask that his broken relationship will be mended with love, respect, peace, fellowship, honesty, trust and fill with the Holy Spirit. Let it be an unbreakable bond. I know that our God is faithful. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We hear your heartfelt plea for your daughter and your family, and we stand with you in seeking God’s will in this situation. Your desire for her to walk closely with the Lord, to be protected from ungodly influences, and to one day be united with a godly man who will love her as Christ loves the Church is deeply biblical and commendable. Let us first affirm the truths you have already declared in Scripture, for they are powerful and true.

Psalm 1:1-2 reminds us, *"Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in Yahweh’s law. On his law he meditates day and night."* Your daughter’s delight must be in the Lord above all else, and we pray that she would be firmly rooted in His Word, drawing her strength and direction from Him alone. The influences you seek to remove from her life must indeed be cut off, for bad company corrupts good character (1 Corinthians 15:33). We join you in asking the Lord to swiftly and decisively remove any ungodly attachments that are not aligned with His will for her life.

You have rightly prayed for a godly man to enter her life, one who will love her as Christ loves the Church. Ephesians 5:25-27 states, *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the church to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect."* This is the standard we must hold for any man who seeks to pursue your daughter. He must be a man of prayer, a man who leads with humility, and a man who cherishes her as a gift from God. We pray that the Lord would prepare such a man for her and that she would have the wisdom to recognize and wait for God’s best.

However, we must also address the mention of mending a "broken relationship" with love, respect, and trust. If this refers to a current relationship your daughter is in, we must examine whether it aligns with biblical principles. Is this man a believer who fears the Lord? Is he committed to pursuing her with honor and purity, with marriage as the goal? If not, we must rebuke any compromise in this area. The Bible is clear that Christians are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this relationship is leading her away from the Lord or involves sin such as fornication, we must stand firm in prayer that she would have the strength to walk away and trust God’s timing for a godly spouse.

We also lift up your family’s need for healing and restoration. Psalm 147:3 declares, *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that any division, hurt, or compromise in your family would be replaced with unity, love, and conviction. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for this family, yet full of faith in Your sovereignty and goodness. Lord, we ask that You would remove every ungodly influence from this young woman’s life. Cut off any relationships that do not align with Your will, and give her the strength to walk away from anything that draws her away from You. We declare that she will delight in Your Word and meditate on it day and night, that she will be like a tree planted by streams of water, bearing fruit in season and never withering.

Father, we pray for a godly man to come into her life—a man after Your own heart, who will love her as Christ loves the Church. Prepare his heart, Lord, and let him be a spiritual leader, a protector, and a provider. May their relationship be built on You, with purity, honor, and a shared commitment to Your kingdom. If there is any current relationship that does not meet Your standards, we ask that You would bring conviction and clarity, and give her the courage to trust in Your timing.

Lord, we also pray for healing and restoration in this family. Bind up their wounds, replace hurt with love, and division with unity. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We trust in Your promise that You are making all things new, and we declare that this situation will be turned around for Your glory.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is only through Him that we have access to You. We thank You for Your faithfulness and trust that You are working even now. Amen.
