If you didn't persist in wrongdoing, as God predicted you would, it wouldn't be rebellion. Which would mean that God has somehow mispoken or lied. From generation to generation, all things written have been proven to be true.God is not a liar. In fact, all these things are occurring in this city, in ###, simply because, "It is written."
One of the most accurate things that this city's counsel has led her to believe, and so accuse me of, is that I'm coming against this city. ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! Thank you for that accurate assessment and accreditation to my calling. For 99.999...% of the time, when God sent out His prophets and prophetesses, the instructions were as follows:
1. Speak out against these people
2. Prophesy against this city
3. Set your face against this nation
It is yet so. Therefore, thank you for acknowledging, before the whole earth, that indeed, I am doing the job which God called me to do. I've been at it now for almost fourteen years. What began at the house of the LORD, has and will continue, wherever and however, God sees fit. God can insert and assert Himself whereever He so desires; even in sports. And this is what He says about victory, not just in war, but in whatever He chooses to move in:
Zechariah 4:6 (NLT)
Then he said to me, “This is what the LORD says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by My Spirit," says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies.
But, when people think that their "golden calf" is working for them, their hearts grow dim and their ears become deaf. Therefore they persist in wrongdoing (rebellion). Woe to those who seek to force victory, by controlling The Spirit of The LORD.
This is the third leg of my assignment, and it's going exactly as Jesus predicted. Therefore, I do not despise these small beginnings; rather, I boast in the LORD at the continued manifestation of His Word. Will this city continue to bring shame upon her own name and own house. When God says "Wait," He means "Wait." Victory, and reward are in the hands of the LORD. Therefore, I wait on Him.
