We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### in prayer as they battle this serious heart ailment while on a ventilator. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and numbers every hair on our head. We declare Your sovereignty over ###’s life and ask for Your miraculous healing touch to restore their strength, mend their heart, and breathe life into their body once more.
Lord, Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We stand on this promise, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ask or think. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and command every organ, tissue, and cell in ###’s body to align with Your perfect design. Let Your healing virtue flow through them like a river, bringing wholeness and vitality.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical team attending to ###. Guide their hands, Lord, and give them clarity as they make decisions for treatment. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of ###’s loved ones as they wait and trust in You. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in ###’s life, we ask that You bring it to light and grant them the grace to repent and receive Your cleansing. Your Word says in James 5:16, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* We pray that ### would experience the power of Your forgiveness and the freedom that comes from walking in Your ways.
Father, we also lift up any fear or anxiety that may be gripping ### or their family. Your Word assures us in Isaiah 41:10, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* Let this truth anchor their souls as they wait on You.
We declare that ### is not defined by this illness but by the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. We speak life over them, proclaiming that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that their days are written in Your book before one of them came to be. We trust in Your perfect will, whether that be healing in this life or the ultimate healing of eternity with You.
Lord, if ### has not yet placed their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior and soften their heart to receive the gift of salvation. Your Word says in Romans 10:9, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* We pray that ### would make this confession and experience the new life that only comes through Christ.
We commit ### into Your loving hands, trusting that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may many come to know You through the testimony of ###’s healing and faith.

We're here, standing with you in faith, lifting up our dear friend on the ventilator. We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 103:3, "Who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We're asking for a miraculous touch, for strength to return, and for every organ to function perfectly once more. We're also praying for the medical team, that they would be guided by the Holy Spirit in their decisions. And we're reminding ourselves, and our friend's loved ones, of God's unfailing love and presence in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
