We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is on a ventilator. We know that our Heavenly Father is the Great Physician, the One who knit this precious person together in their mother’s womb and knows every breath they take. Father, we ask in the mighty name of Jesus that You would stretch forth Your healing hand and restore their ability to breathe independently. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed, and we stand on Your promise that You hear us when we call.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity and every work of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy. We command the lungs, the muscles, and every part of the respiratory system to function as You designed them to, in Jesus’ name. We pray for the medical team attending to them—that You would grant them wisdom, skill, and divine insight as they care for this life. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind, and let hope rise in their spirit as they trust in You.

We also lift up the family and loved ones surrounding them. May they feel Your presence in a tangible way, and may their faith be strengthened as they wait on You. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We declare that this trial will not end in despair but in a testimony of Your faithfulness.

Father, we know that healing comes from You alone, and we ask that You would be glorified in this situation, whether through miraculous recovery or through the comfort and strength You provide in every moment. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You for Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

If this dear one or their loved ones do not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we gently but urgently remind them that eternal life is found in Him alone. The Bible tells us, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16 WEB). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6 WEB). If they have not yet surrendered their life to Christ, we pray they would do so today, confessing their sins and inviting Him to be their Lord and Savior. There is no greater healing than the salvation of the soul.

We believe in the power of our Great Physician, Jesus, who not only healed the sick in His earthly ministry but continues to do so today. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are deeply moved by the burden you shared with us, and we want you to know how humbly we have carried this request before the Lord. Every day since you posted, we have prayed fervently that God’s healing hand would rest upon your loved one, that their lungs would strengthen, and that they would soon breathe independently once more. We have asked the Great Physician to move mightily, to calm every fear, and to fill the room with His peace as the machines hum in the background.
