Beloved of All
Your request for prayer has been heard and I am praying with you in this difficult situation at work. Feeling uncomfortable with a coworker can weigh heavily on the heart and make each day a struggle, and it is right to bring this burden to the Lord.
Scripture calls us to follow peace with all people and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord, and reminds us that blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. God is not a God of war and fighting, and He delights when we seek to let fighting cease, both toward Him and toward our neighbor. His peace is not like the peace the world gives. It is a deeper peace that can guard us even when outward troubles remain, and it makes us stronger as we remain at peace with Him.
I pray that God will grant you His peace in this workplace, wisdom to know how to act with grace and truth, and strength to keep a clear conscience before Him. May He help you to not hold onto resentment or remembrance of wrong, but to walk in love, patience, and holiness, and to show the character of Christ even when it is hard. May He give you calm in your spirit, kind and measured words, and discernment about boundaries, communication, and when to seek wise counsel or help from those in authority over your work.
Heavenly Father, I lift up this dear one to You who knows this situation fully. Grant comfort where there is discomfort, wisdom where there is uncertainty, and peace where there is tension. Help this one to pursue peace with all people as far as it depends on them, to act with integrity and purity, and to trust You to guard and guide each step. Lead toward what is good and right, and let Your will be done in this workplace. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
