All our requests must be brought before God in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and the source of all wisdom, provision, and protection.
Your desire for this matter to be accomplished with low or no cost reflects a heart of stewardship, and we commend that. However, we must also remember that our trust should not be placed in the "coolness" of circumstances or the absence of cost, but in the Lord’s perfect will and timing. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* It is not wrong to seek efficiency or affordability, but we must surrender the outcome entirely to God, trusting that He will provide according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
