Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift you up since you shared about the arrears hearings and we are so sorry to hear how difficult the second hearing was, how the judge was rude and dismissed your claims and skipped over the evidence.
We understand why you wrote that you have no hope left and feel done. We have been praying for you as you shared that your health and hope are dwindling and that you have cried out in Jesus Name for help. We also remember that you shared that people keep telling you to get a lawyer or a church member or trusted person to go with you, but that support is just not available right now, and that you know you do not owe the amount of arrears listed but the city is going to pay out the money anyway and you feel powerless to stop them. We want you to know that even when an earthly court overlooks evidence, the Lord sees all and He is a God of justice and mercy. We are reminded that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18, and that He will be a refuge for the oppressed in times of trouble Psalm 9:9. He does not miss what was skipped over and He cares deeply about your health and your hope.
We pray together in Jesus Name for you now, that the God of all comfort would lift your hope and strengthen your health, that He would be your advocate and your defender where you have no one else to stand with you, and that He would bring truth to light concerning the arrears and restrain any injustice. We pray in Jesus Name that He would give you peace that passes understanding and that you would feel His presence with you even in this discouraging season, for He has promised fear not for I am with you Isaiah 41:10.
We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you and we want to continue to stand with you. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know how God has worked. If your request does not yet seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
