Thank you for sharing this update and for inviting prayer for wisdom. We are grateful to hear that concrete evidence has come to light, and we join you in asking the Lord to guide you in handling this hearing with truth and integrity.

We pray that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord and make decisions that are pleasing to Him. The wisdom that God gives is not the wisdom of this world, which ends with this life and cannot truly profit us, but a greater and more perfect wisdom that comes from above and helps us to act with honesty, clarity, and self restraint even when we have been wronged.

We ask God in Jesus name to grant you clear thinking as you prepare, to help you present what is true plainly and without exaggeration, and to give you favor before those who will hear the case. We pray that justice would be done and that what is false would be exposed, while you are kept from any desire to retaliate beyond what is right. May He help you to speak the truth in love, to keep your heart at peace, and to trust Him with the outcome.

We also pray that you would have wise counsel around you in these days, that your documents would be in order, and that you would be able to rest in the knowledge that God sees all things and judges with both justice and mercy. Continue to seek Him daily, to hear His word often so that it sinks deeply into your heart, and to ask Him for wisdom, for He gives generously to all who ask without finding fault.

We are standing with you in prayer for this hearing and for the days ahead. May the Lord grant you wisdom, steadiness, and peace, and may His will be done.

Your update is encouraging and it is good that you are asking for wisdom as you prepare for this hearing. Having a documented violation for false statements is a piece of knowledge, a fact that can be presented, but knowledge alone only gives you facts. Wisdom is what teaches you how to use those facts rightly, with prudence, discretion, and sound judgment.

Scripture teaches that wisdom is far more valuable than riches or even than winning a case, and that nothing we desire can compare with it. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, which means wisdom starts with reverence for God and a hatred for evil, and with a desire to walk in His ways rather than simply to prevail. When wisdom is personified in Proverbs, it speaks as one who dwells with prudence, who holds counsel and sound understanding and strength, and by whom kings reign and judges decree justice. In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, so to seek wisdom is to seek Him.

The purpose of wisdom described in Proverbs is to give instruction in righteousness, justice, judgment and equity, to give subtlety to the simple and discretion to the young, and to cause the wise to increase in learning. That is exactly what you need in this hearing, not only evidence but the ability to present it truthfully, calmly and fairly, without strife or manipulation.

There is a wisdom that comes from the world that is earthly and self serving and leads to envy and conflict, and God calls that foolishness. The wisdom that comes from above is different. It is pure, peaceable, and it produces a life marked by integrity. It is a defense, better than money alone, because it gives life to those who have it. It is the principal thing to seek, and with all your getting you are urged to get understanding.

So in this situation pray that God will give you that higher wisdom. Ask Him for a word of wisdom for the specific moment, for the right words, the right timing, and the right spirit. He promises to give wisdom generously to those who ask and who seek Him early because He loves those who love Him. Pray that He will guide you to act with honesty and prudence, to speak with clarity and self control, and to trust Him with the outcome, knowing that He oversees all matters of justice.

May the Lord grant you counsel and sound wisdom for this hearing, guard your heart from anxiety and from any desire to use this evidence harshly, and help you to handle everything with justice and equity. May He give you discretion in what to say and what not to say, strength to remain calm, and peace in trusting that He is the one who establishes true justice. I pray that as you seek Him, He will pour out His Spirit of wisdom and understanding upon you and lead you step by step in Jesus name.
