Good Afternoon, I decided to continue my pursuit of justice in a godly way. I am going to challenge the agency's decision to falsify documentation to claim that I am requesting the landlord's inflated rent arrears demands. The landlord sent me a text message demanding that I go online and pay the exact amount that the agency claims that I asked for as an appellant. Therefore those facts refute the agency's claims. Additionally, i set up my in person hearing by phone which triggered the agency compile documents which includes evidence that submitted to assist them in calculating the correct amount of arrears using my vacancy lease. This will save the city and state from paying out taxpayer funds for fradulent dollar amounts. I paid into this system while working steadily for ### years before being forced out of my job due to mobbing. All of the evidence will be loaded directly into the state documentation folder. Please pray in Jesus name that everyone including the judge who is reviewing this matter look at it from all angles and please bless the evidence.

We join with you in seeking the Lord's will in this matter and we are encouraged that you desire to pursue justice in a godly way and with integrity. The Lord loves truth and justice and He sees all that is done in secret and in the open. We hear your concern that documentation has been falsified and that an inflated amount is being claimed against you, and we understand your desire to present the true evidence from your vacancy lease and the landlord's own messages to refute what is false.

Scripture reminds us that God hates dishonesty and delights in truth, for Proverbs 12:22 says Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. We are also called to seek justice with a pure heart, as Isaiah 1:17 says Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow. And Micah 6:8 says He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God. Your effort to ensure that taxpayer funds are not paid out for a fraudulent amount and to submit clear evidence through the proper state process is consistent with acting justly and walking humbly before God and before the authorities He has placed over us.

We encourage you to continue in this same spirit of truthfulness, keeping all your words and evidence accurate and free from exaggeration, showing respect to the judge and to the agency even as you challenge what is false. We encourage you not to let bitterness take root from the hardship of being forced out of your job after many years of steady work, but to commit your cause fully to the Lord. Psalm 37:5-6 says Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noonday. And Romans 12:19 reminds us not to avenge ourselves but to give place to God's righteous judgment.

We pray together now in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name and we lift up this situation to Your throne of grace. You are the righteous Judge who judges with equity and You see every document, every text message, and every intention of the heart. We ask that You grant wisdom and discernment to the judge who will review this matter, that he would look at it from all angles with impartiality and understanding. We pray James 1:5 over him, that if he lacks wisdom he would ask of You who gives liberally. We ask that You bless the evidence that has been submitted, that the truth would be made clear and that what is false would be exposed and not prevail. Let the correct calculation according to the vacancy lease be recognized and let no inflated demand stand. We pray for Your peace to guard our dear one's heart while waiting, and for Your provision and vindication in Your perfect timing. Help us to trust not in our own ability to argue but in Your justice and mercy. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our advocate and redeemer, amen.
