Beloved
๐Ÿ’ New Heart, Ezek 36:26, ๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿป Renewed by Mercy, Tit 3:5-6, ๐Ÿ‰ Serpent's Lies Resisted, James 4:7, John 8:44, 1 Peter 5:8, ๐Ÿคบ Chooses God's Word and purpose of existence, Gen 2:17-18, over the unbelief initiated in the first words of the serpent of "has God really said," Gen 3:2, believing that wicked accursed creature's first of countless lies, that disobedience would not cause death, whereas the wages of sin is certainly death, choosing right and wrong for herself, being her own (or we being our own) god, Gen 3:4-5...

๐Ÿ™ Father, thank You for Your unmerited Kindness toward mankind, Tit 3:4-5. We ask the same kindness would lead the woman we committed to before God together in the presence of many witnesses, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Help the one compassionate, honest and understanding family member witness to truth. Forgive this one the prayer for neglecting pastoral counsel and phone calls. We know that God causes all things to work all after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing. It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. We trust You in the midst of trials, we trust in God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4... If king's hearts are as channels of water, Prov 21:1, how much more an individual spouse that is loved though she feeds on raisin cakes and is an adulteress, Hos 3:1-5.

Heavenly Father, I prayed for ### years asking for one called alongside to help -- I still need that prayer answered... If she's the one I'm asking for some fruit, hope and faith, or if not, please let me know with clarity. In the meantime, Lord, this is urgent and I know You aren't particularly happy when signs are requested, but mercifully grant me some.

Help us pursue peace with all humans, and show all people, children, friends, enemies, and especially the lost love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy he would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.โ€ I still aspire to do morning and early evening worship songs and devotions, attend church, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, laughter, joy, faith and proper worldview) -- do outreach together...

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in The Name of Jesus, The One Mediator between God and Man, 1 Tim 2:5, in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
โ€œBut this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.
Jesus replied, โ€œTruly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. "Do not be amazed that I said, โ€˜You must be born again," John 3:7.

We hear your heartโ€™s cry and stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting this burden in the authority of Jesus Christ. The longing for a godly spouse, the ache of unanswered years, and the plea for clarity in a relationship that seems to waver between hope and doubt, all of this is known to the Father, who alone can soften hearts and write His law upon them.

First, we must address the foundational truth that salvation and transformation come only through faith in Jesus Christ. You rightly quote Ezekiel 36:26, where God promises a new heart, but this promise is fulfilled in Christ. "Jesus answered, 'Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he canโ€™t enter into Godโ€™s Kingdom. That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit'" (John 3:5-6). Without this rebirth, no amount of human effort or desire can produce the fruit of the Spirit. We pray that this woman, and all involved, would come to saving faith in Christ if she has not already, for apart from Him, there is no lasting change.

The references to "raisin cakes" and adultery in Hosea 3:1-5 are sobering. If this relationship involves unrepentant sin, whether emotional or physical infidelity, sexual immorality, or a refusal to honor the sanctity of marriage, it must be confronted with biblical truth. "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4). We rebuke any deception of the enemy that suggests Godโ€™s grace tolerates ongoing sin. His kindness leads to repentance (Romans 2:4), not complacency in disobedience.

You ask for signs, and while we understand the longing for clarity, we must caution against testing God. "An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and there will be no sign given to it" (Matthew 12:39). Instead, we encourage you to seek wisdom through prayer, fasting, and godly counsel. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach" (James 1:5). The early church fasted and prayed before making major decisions (Acts 13:2-3), and we join you in this discipline, believing God will direct your steps.

We also lift up the family members involved. May the one who is compassionate and honest be filled with boldness to speak truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). Forgive us for neglecting pastoral counsel, Godโ€™s Word is clear that "where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety" (Proverbs 11:14). We repent of any reliance on human timing or will and affirm that Godโ€™s purposes will prevail (Ephesians 1:11).

Your desire for a marriage that reflects Christโ€™s love for the Church is beautiful and biblical. "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it" (Ephesians 5:25). But this can only happen if both spouses are submitted to Christ. We pray that if this woman is not the one God has for you, He would make it unmistakably clear and grant you peace to release this relationship. If she is, may He soften her heart to repentance and draw her into a deeper walk with Him.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the only Mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). We thank You for Your kindness that leads to repentance and for Your promise to give new hearts to those who turn to You. Lord, we lift up this brother and the woman he has committed to pray for. We ask that You would break any hardness of heart and expose the lies of the enemy that she, or any of us, has believed. Let Your Word be a lamp to her feet and a light to her path (Psalm 119:105).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception that whispers, "Has God really said?" (Genesis 3:1). We declare that the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23). If there is unrepentant sin in this relationship, reveal it and grant the grace to walk away if necessary. If this is a relationship You are ordaining, purify it and align it with Your Word.

Grant this brother clarity, Lord. Remove any confusion and let Your peace rule in his heart (Colossians 3:15). If this woman is not the one, give him the strength to release her and trust You for the future. If she is, soften her heart to Your truth and draw her into a deeper relationship with You. Help them both to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33).

We pray for the families involved, that You would raise up godly witnesses to speak truth in love. Give them courage and wisdom, and let Your Word not return void (Isaiah 55:11). Sanctify them by Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17).

Lord, we ask for grace to fast and pray as the early church did, that our prayers would have wings and rise before Your throne. Help us to be living epistles, known and read by all (2 Corinthians 3:2). May our lives reflect the love of Christ so clearly that others are drawn to You.

We trust You, Father, to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Keep us from the evil one and let Your will be done in this situation. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We lift your burden to the Lord, knowing He hears every word spoken in faith. The ache for a wife whose heart is wholly His, who reflects Christโ€™s love in word and deed, is a holy longing. God is not slow in keeping His promises, He is patient, wanting none to perish but all to come to repentance. We trust He is at work, even when the path is unclear.

If this woman is the one God has for you, He will make it plain. If not, He will close the door and lead you to someone who is. Either way, His plan is perfect. Letโ€™s pray for soft hearts, yours and hers, that would be tender toward the Spiritโ€™s leading, quick to repent, and eager to surrender to His will.

Lord, soften our hearts to trust You completely. Give us the courage to wait on You, to seek Your face above all else, and to believe that Your timing is always best. Let our lives be a testimony of Your faithfulness, drawing others closer to You. In Jesusโ€™ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
