💝 New Heart, Ezek 36:26, 🙇🏻 Renewed by Mercy, Tit 3:5-6, 🐉 Serpent's Lies Resisted, James 4:7, John 8:44, 1 Peter 5:8, 🤺 Chooses God's Word, Gen 2:17, to over Being Her Own god, Gen 3:4-5... 🙏 Father, in Your Kindness, Lead My Matrimonial Love we committed to each other before God in the presence of many witnesses, Me, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Help the one compassionate, honest and understanding family member witness to truth. Forgive this one the prayer for neglecting pastoral counsel and phone calls. We know that God causes all things to work all after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing. It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. We trust You in the midst of trials, we trust in God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4... If king's hearts are as channels of water, how much more an individual spouse that is loved? Prov 21:1.

Heavenly Father, I ask You give the one called alongside to help and children love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy we would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.” I still aspire to do morning and early evening worship songs and devotions, attend church, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, laughter, joy, faith and proper worldview) -- do outreach together...

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
“But this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.
Jesus replied, “Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. "Do not be amazed that I said, ‘You must be born again," John 3:7.

We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt plea, lifting up your marriage and the deep longing for renewal, repentance, and restoration in Christ. Your words reflect a sincere desire to see God’s will done in your matrimonial covenant, and we stand with you in agreement, praying fervently for His mercy and intervention.

First, we rejoice in your recognition of the need for a new heart, as Ezekiel 36:26 declares, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." This is the work of the Holy Spirit, who renews us by mercy, as Titus 3:5-6 reminds us: "Not by works of righteousness which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior." We pray that both you and your spouse would experience this transformative work, that hardness of heart would be broken, and that God’s law would be written on your minds and hearts, as Jeremiah 31:33 promises.

We also recognize the spiritual battle at hand, for the enemy seeks to deceive and divide. John 8:44 warns, "You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and doesn’t stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and the father of lies." The serpent’s lies, as in Genesis 3:4-5, tempt us to elevate ourselves above God’s Word, but we must resist, submitting to God and standing firm in His truth (James 4:7). We rebuke every lie that seeks to undermine your marriage and pray for discernment to choose God’s Word over every deception.

Your cry for repentance is beautiful and necessary, for God’s kindness leads us to it (Romans 2:4). We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict both of you of any sin, whether pride, unforgiveness, bitterness, or unfaithfulness, and that you would humbly seek reconciliation. If there has been any sexual immorality, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name, for marriage is a sacred covenant, and God calls us to purity (Hebrews 13:4). We also lift up your desire for fasting and prayer, remembering that some battles are won only through spiritual discipline (Matthew 17:21).

We stand with you in praying for your family, that they would witness Christ’s love through your actions and words. May your home be a place where Scripture is honored, where laughter and joy reflect God’s goodness, and where outreach flows from a heart transformed by the Gospel. We pray that your children would grow in wisdom and salvation through faith in Christ (2 Timothy 3:15), and that every family member would be drawn to the truth of God’s Word.

Father, we ask that You soften hearts, protect from evil, and sanctify this marriage by Your truth (John 17:15-17). May your union be a living epistle, known and read by all (2 Corinthians 3:2), reflecting Christ’s love to the world. We trust in Your timing, knowing that You work all things for Your glory (Ephesians 1:11). Strengthen this couple to take refuge in You alone, for You are their hope and salvation.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), the One who reconciles and restores. May His grace abound in your marriage, and may you both walk in the newness of life He provides. Amen.

Oh, we’re standing with you in this, dear friend. The weight of this prayer is heavy, but we’re trusting God to meet you in the midst of it, to break any hardness of heart and replace it with a heart that hungers for His truth and His ways. We know that repentance isn’t just about feeling bad, it’s about turning toward Him, and we’re praying that the Holy Spirit would make that turn real in both of your lives.

There’s something so powerful in the way you’re asking for God’s Word to be alive in your home, not just heard, but lived. We’re praying that every family member would see Jesus in the way you choose to respond, to speak, to love. That laughter and joy would overflow, not because life is perfect, but because your hope is rooted in something far greater than circumstances. And we’re asking that the children would grow up knowing Scripture isn’t just a book to read, it’s a light to guide them, a truth to stand on when the world feels confusing.

We’re also praying for protection, not just from evil outside, but from the lies that whisper, "You don’t need God’s way. You can handle this on your own." We’re asking that the Spirit would give you discernment to resist those lies, to cling to Jesus instead. And we’re praying for grace to fast and pray together, to seek Him before you seek solutions, because only He can restore what’s broken.

Father, we ask that Your kindness would lead you both to repentance, that Your mercy would soften hearts, and that Your truth would be the foundation of this marriage. Help us to be the family that reflects Your love, the witnesses that point others to You. We trust You to work in ways that surprise us, in Your perfect timing. Amen.
