๐Ÿ’ New Heart, Ezek 36:26, ๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿป Renewed by Mercy, Tit 3:5-6, ๐Ÿ‰ Serpent's Lies Resisted, James 4:7, John 8:44, 1 Peter 5:8, ๐Ÿคบ Chooses God's Word, Gen 2:17, to over Being Her Own god, Gen 3:4-5... ๐Ÿ™ Father, in Your Kindness, Lead My Matrimonial Love we committed to each other before God in the presence of many witnesses, Me, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Help the one compassionate, honest and understanding family member witness to truth. Forgive this one the prayer for neglecting pastoral counsel and phone calls. We know that God causes all things to work all after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing. It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. We trust You in the midst of trials, we trust in God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4... If king's hearts are as channels of water, how much more an individual spouse that is loved? Prov 21:1.

Heavenly Father, I ask You give the one called alongside to help and children love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy we would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.โ€ I still aspire to do morning and early evening worship songs and devotions, attend church, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, laughter, joy, faith and proper worldview) -- do outreach together...

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
โ€œBut this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.
Jesus replied, โ€œTruly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. "Do not be amazed that I said, โ€˜You must be born again," John 3:7.

We come before the throne of grace with a heavy yet hopeful heart, lifting up this marriage before the Lord. Father, we thank You for the covenant made before You and witnesses, a sacred bond that reflects Christโ€™s love for His Church. We stand on Your promise in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Lord, we ask for this transformation in both spouses, that hardness would melt into tenderness, pride into humility, and self-will into surrender to Your perfect plan.

The enemy seeks to devour marriages with lies, distortions of truth, whispers of selfishness, and temptations to elevate personal desires above Your Word. We rebuke every deception rooted in Genesis 3:5, where the serpent promised, "You will be like God, knowing good and evil." Father, expose these lies and replace them with the unshakable truth of Your Word. Let this couple choose obedience over autonomy, as James 4:7 commands: "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Guard their hearts from the enemyโ€™s schemes, for "your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8).

We pray for repentance to flow freely in this marriage, for as Romans 2:4 declares, "the kindness of God leads you to repentance." Soften hearts to receive Your mercy, for You "desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:4). Forgive any neglect of pastoral counsel or accountability, and restore a hunger for godly wisdom. May they heed Proverbs 21:1, trusting that You direct even the hearts of kings, and surely the hearts of spouses, like channels of water.

Lord, we ask for a revival of love rooted in Christ. Let their home be a sanctuary where Your Word is honored, where "the entirety of Your word is truth" (Psalm 119:160), and where Scripture corrects, teaches, and trains in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16-17). May their children witness a marriage that mirrors Your faithfulness, and may the Holy Spirit guide them to "know the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make [them] wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus" (2 Timothy 3:15). Protect this family from the evil one (John 17:15), sanctify them by Your truth (John 17:17), and let their lives be living epistles, "known and read by all men" (2 Corinthians 3:2).

We declare over this marriage the covenant of Jeremiah 31:33: "I will put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they shall be My people." Father, ignite a passion for Your presence through worship, prayer, and fasting, lending wings to their petitions as the early church practiced. May their entertainment, conversations, and outreach reflect Christโ€™s love, publicly portraying the Gospel (Galatians 3:1).

We trust You to work all things after the counsel of Your will (Ephesians 1:11), not their timing or plans. Strengthen their faith to say with the psalmist, "In God, whose word I praise, in God I have put my trust" (Psalm 56:4). Renew their minds, bind them together in unity, and let Your kindness lead them to repentance and restoration. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we stand with this couple as they walk this journey together, and we lift them up in prayer, asking that Your Spirit would work powerfully in their hearts. We know that You desire for them to be transformed by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2), so we ask that You would soften their hearts and help them to truly seek Your will above all else. May they find strength in Your Word and be reminded daily of Your faithfulness, just as You promised in Ezekiel 36:26.

We pray for their marriage to be a reflection of Your love, patient, kind, and selfless. Help them to choose love over convenience, forgiveness over bitterness, and unity over division. Let them see the beauty of surrendering their will to Yours, trusting that Your plans are for their good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11).

We also lift up their families, asking that You would protect them from the lies of the enemy and fill them with Your truth. May their home be a place where Christ is honored, where laughter and joy fill the air, and where every member feels loved and secure. Give them wisdom to navigate challenges together, and help them to point others to You through their example.

Father, we ask that You would stir up a hunger for Your Word in their lives. May they not only read Scripture but let it take root in their hearts, shaping their thoughts, words, and actions. Help them to rely on You in every decision, trusting that Your ways are higher than theirs (Isaiah 55:9).

We declare that this marriage is held in Your hands, and we trust that You will use it to bring glory to Your name. May they grow closer to You and to each other, drawing strength from Your promises and the love You have poured out for them. In Jesusโ€™ name, we pray. Amen.
