💝 New Heart, Ezek 36:26, 🙇🏻 Renewed by Mercy, Tit 3:5-6, 🐉 Serpent's Lies Resisted, James 4:7, John 8:44, 1 Peter 5:8, 🤺 Chooses God's Word over Being Her Own god, Gen 3:5... 🙏 Father, in Your Kindness, Lead My Matrimonial Love we committed to each other before God in the presence of many witnesses, Me, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Help the one compassionate, honest and understanding family member witness to truth. Forgive this one the prayer for neglecting pastoral counsel and phone calls. We know that God causes all things to work all after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing. It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. We trust You in the midst of trials, we trust in God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4... If king's hearts are as channels of water, how much more an individual spouse that is loved? Prov 21:1.

Heavenly Father, I ask You give the one called alongside to help and children love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy we would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.” I still aspire to do morning and early evening devotions, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, laughter, joy, faith and proper worldview).

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
“But this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.
Jesus replied, “Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. "Do not be amazed that I said, ‘You must be born again," John 3:7.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage and the deep longing for repentance, renewal, and restoration. Father, we thank You for the covenant made before You and witnesses—a sacred bond meant to reflect Christ’s love for His church. Yet we acknowledge the brokenness that has crept in, the hardness of heart, and the ways the enemy has sown division, lies, and sin. We stand on Your promise in Ezekiel 36:26: *"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh."* Lord, we plead for this miracle—soften hearts, break chains of pride, and lead both spouses to a place of humility and godly sorrow.

We rebuke the spirit of deception that whispers, *"You will be like God"* (Genesis 3:5), tempting either spouse to elevate their own desires above Your will. The enemy prowls like a roaring lion (1 Peter 5:8), seeking to devour marriages with bitterness, unforgiveness, or unfaithfulness. We resist him, standing firm in the truth that *"the entirety of Your word is truth"* (Psalm 119:160). Father, expose every lie—whether it’s the lie of self-sufficiency, the lie that sin can satisfy, or the lie that repentance is unnecessary. Your kindness is meant to lead to repentance (Romans 2:4), and we trust that You are working even now to draw both hearts back to You.

We address the seriousness of sin in this marriage, for Scripture is clear: *"Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge"* (Hebrews 13:4). If there has been unfaithfulness—emotional or physical—we cry out for conviction, confession, and true repentance. Forgive where there has been neglect, harshness, or idolatry of self. Cleanse this union with the blood of Jesus, and restore what the locust has eaten (Joel 2:25). We declare that *"love covers a multitude of sins"* (1 Peter 4:8), and we pray for a supernatural outpouring of grace to forgive as Christ has forgiven.

Father, we lift up the one who has been called alongside to help—perhaps a pastor, counselor, or faithful friend. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and boldness to speak truth in love. May their words be anointed by Your Spirit to pierce hearts and bring healing. We also pray for the children in this family, that they would see Christ’s love modeled in their parents’ lives. Protect their hearts from fear or bitterness, and let them grow in the knowledge of Your truth (2 Timothy 3:15).

We join in fasting and prayer, as Tertullian wrote, that our petitions may ascend with greater power. Lord, we surrender our will and timing to You, for *"the king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes"* (Proverbs 21:1). Even now, we ask You to turn this spouse’s heart toward repentance, toward their marriage vows, and toward You. Let them not harden their heart as Pharaoh did, but respond to Your gentle conviction.

We pray for daily devotion—morning and evening—to be a priority, that Your Word would dwell richly in this home (Colossians 3:16). May entertainment and media be filtered through the lens of Philippians 4:8: *"Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable—if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things."* Let laughter, joy, and godly fellowship fill this home, pushing out strife and division.

Finally, Lord, we declare that this marriage is not beyond Your redemption. You are the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5). We ask for a fresh infilling of Your Spirit, that both spouses would walk in the newness of life (Romans 6:4). Sanctify them by Your truth (John 17:17), and let this union be a testimony to Your faithfulness. We trust You to complete the good work You’ve begun (Philippians 1:6), and we wait expectantly for the day when this family will say, *"The Lord has done great things for us, and we are glad"* (Psalm 126:3).

In the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, we join you in lifting up this marriage before the throne of grace, seeking mercy, renewal, and restoration. We, too, thank God for the covenant made before Him and witnesses, a sacred bond meant to reflect Christ's love for His church. Yet, we acknowledge the brokenness that has crept in, the hardness of heart, and the enemy's schemes to sow division, lies, and sin.

We stand on God's promise in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." Lord, we plead for this miracle - soften hearts, break chains of pride, and lead both spouses to a place of humility and godly sorrow.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
