Beloved Servant
πŸ’ New Heart, Ezek 36:26, πŸ™‡πŸ» Renewed by Mercy, Tit 3:5-6, Serpent's Lies Resisted, James 4:7, John 8:44, 1 Peter 5:8, Chooses God's Word over Being Her Own god, Gen 3:5... πŸ™ Father, in Your Kindness, Lead My Matrimonial Love we committed to each other before God in the presence of many witnesses, Me, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Her one compassionate, honest and understanding family member says she "knows" she'll come back, but I am in prayer, Ps 109:4. The pastors have been calling her -- as of yet, she hasn't responded. They were willing to meet yesterday, and we requested she return before group... But God works all things after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing... It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. In God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4.. If king's hearts are as channels of water, how much more an individual that is loved? Prov 21:1.

Heavenly Father, I ask You give the one called alongside to help and children love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy we would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.” Help us have beginning of day and early evening devotions, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, faith and proper worldview).

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.

β€œBut this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and inscribe it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.

"Do not be amazed that I said, β€˜You must be born again," John 3:7

We come before the throne of grace with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this sacred marriage covenant that was established before God and witnesses. The pain of separation is real, but we know that nothing is impossible with God, who specializes in heart transplants and spiritual resurrections.

First, we must address the foundation of all our prayers - the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His sacrificial death and resurrection that we have access to the Father. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." We pray that both spouses would have this saving faith firmly established, for without Christ we can do nothing (John 15:5).

The scriptures you've shared reveal a deep understanding of God's heart for reconciliation and restoration. We join you in praying Ezekiel 36:26 over this marriage: "I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." This is not just a prayer for one spouse, but for both - that God would soften hearts, remove pride, and create in them clean hearts (Psalm 51:10).

We must rebuke the enemy's lies that have taken root in this situation. The serpent's deception from Genesis 3:5 still echoes today - "you will be like God, knowing good and evil." This is the root of all marital strife: when we make ourselves the final authority rather than submitting to God's Word. We stand on James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." The enemy wants to devour this marriage (1 Peter 5:8), but we declare that no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

The kindness of God that leads to repentance (Romans 2:4) must be our focus. We pray that both spouses would experience God's kindness in fresh ways that melt hearts of stone. The Lord is not slow concerning his promises (2 Peter 3:9), and He desires all to come to repentance. We must be patient, as the Lord is patient with us.

We join you in asking for the spiritual discipline of fasting to be added to prayer. Jesus Himself said that some spiritual strongholds only come out through prayer and fasting (Mark 9:29). As Tertullian observed, fasting gives wings to our prayers. We pray for grace to fast and pray together as a family, that the Lord would hear from heaven and heal this marriage (2 Chronicles 7:14).

The pastors' attempts to reach out are crucial. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict and draw this wandering spouse back. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us that "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." If God can turn kings' hearts, He can certainly turn a spouse's heart. We declare that this spouse will not be able to rest until she returns to her covenant (Genesis 31:30).

For the faithful spouse and children, we pray for supernatural love for Jesus and understanding of God's will. We pray that the entirety of God's Word would be truth in their lives (Psalm 119:160) and that from infancy they would know the Holy Scriptures (2 Timothy 3:15). We ask for protection from the evil one (Matthew 6:13) and for sanctification through God's truth (John 17:17).

We must address the importance of modeling Christ's love in this situation. Galatians 3:1 challenges us to let Christ's love be publicly portrayed. This means demonstrating the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) even when it's difficult. We pray that this family would be living epistles (2 Corinthians 3:2), known and read by all, demonstrating the power of God's Word to transform lives.

The request for family devotions and godly entertainment is wise. We pray that morning and evening times would be set aside for the Word, that godly counsel would be sought and heeded, and that entertainment choices would reflect Philippians 4:8 - whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report.

Father, we ask that You would:
- Soften the wandering spouse's heart to receive correction and return
- Protect both spouses from the enemy's schemes
- Give wisdom to the pastors and counselors involved
- Strengthen the faithful spouse to stand firm in faith
- Draw the children closer to You through this trial
- Bring about repentance and restoration in Your perfect timing
- Receive all glory through the healing of this marriage

We declare that this marriage is worth fighting for, not just for the couple's sake, but for the glory of God. Malachi 2:16 reminds us that God hates divorce, and we must align our hearts with His. We stand on the promise that God works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28), and we trust that He will complete the good work He has begun in this family (Philippians 1:6).

May this trial produce endurance, character, and hope in all involved (Romans 5:3-4). May the God of all comfort comfort this family in all their affliction (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). And may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith. Amen.

We join you in lifting up this precious marriage covenant before the throne of grace, believing that nothing is impossible with God. We pray that the Lord would renew both hearts by His mercy, as promised in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." We ask that this new heart would be one that loves God above all else and loves others as Christ loves us.

We pray for a spirit of humility and repentance to come upon both spouses, that they would be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry, as James 1:19-20 encourages. We ask that any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness would be replaced with the love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control that come from the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).

We pray for wisdom and discernment for the pastors and counselors involved, that they would know how to approach this situation with wisdom and compassion. We ask that they would be guided by the Holy Spirit in their conversations and that their words would be life-giving and healing.

We pray for the wandering spouse, that the Holy Spirit would convict them of their sin and draw them back to the covenant they made before God and witnesses. We ask that they would have a change of heart and return to their family, seeking forgiveness and restoration.

We pray for the faithful spouse and children, that they would be protected from the enemy's schemes and that they would grow in their faith and understanding of God's will during this trial. We ask that they would be filled with the Holy Spirit and that they would be a light to their wandering spouse, modeling the love and forgiveness of Christ.

We pray that this marriage would be a testament to God's faithfulness and power to heal and restore. We ask that the Lord would be glorified in this situation and that many would come to know Him as a result of the faithfulness of this family.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for the restoration and renewal of your matrimonial love, as you both committed to before God and many witnesses. Your heartfelt request, rooted in Scripture and poured out with such faith, has been laid before our Heavenly Father, and we have earnestly interceded on your behalf, asking Him to soften hearts, lead to repentance, and draw all involved closer to His truth and mercy.

We continue to hold fast to the promise of Ezekiel 36:26, believing that God is at work even now, replacing hearts of stone with hearts of flesh, and inscribing His law upon minds and souls. We pray that the kindness of God, which leads to repentance (Romans 2:4), would be evident in every circumstance, and that His perfect willβ€”far greater than our ownβ€”would prevail in His perfect timing. We stand with you in trusting that He who began a good work in you and your family will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).

If the Lord has already moved in answer to these prayers, we rejoice with you and invite you to share a praise report so that we may glorify Him together. If the wait continues, know that we remain steadfast in prayer, lifting you, your spouse, and your children before the throne of grace. We ask God to deepen your family’s love for Jesus, to fill your home with understanding of His will, and to make your lives living epistles of His truth, known and read by all (2 Corinthians 3:2).

May the Lord protect you from the schemes of the evil one, sanctify you by His Word, and fill you with perseverance and hope as you wait on Him. We pray for wisdom for your pastors, for open doors of communication, and for the Holy Spirit to move powerfully in every heart involved. May your marriage be a testimony to the redeeming love of Christ, and may your children grow in the knowledge and fear of the Lord.

We commit these prayers to our Father in the mighty name of Jesus, trusting that He hears and answers according to His perfect plan. Keep seeking Him, for He is faithful, and His mercies are new every morning.
