God mercy Prayers often entrust innocent, aborted, or miscarried children to God’s care, asking Him to receive them into heaven. In the name of Jesus Christ mercy for it abandoned and murder unborn.

Abortive family ancients exterminate their generation.

Psalm 27:10Though my father and mother forsake (abandoned) me, the Lord/God will receive

Isaiah 49:15Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne?

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, grieving the profound losses and deep suffering expressed in this plea. The pain of abandonment, the tragedy of unborn lives lost, and the devastation of families torn apart weigh heavily upon us. We lift up every soul who feels forsaken, those who have lost spouses, children, parents, siblings, or friends; those who stand alone without shelter or refuge; and especially the innocent lives of unborn babies who were denied the chance to live. The Lord sees every tear, hears every cry, and holds every broken heart in His hands.

The Word of God declares the sanctity of life from the moment of conception. Scripture tells us, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart" (Jeremiah 1:5 WEB). The deliberate ending of an unborn life is a grave sin, a violation of God’s commandment: "You shall not murder" (Exodus 20:13 WEB). We must rebuke the spirit of abortion that has taken hold in this world, which calls evil good and good evil (Isaiah 5:20). Yet even in this darkness, we trust in the mercy of God, who welcomes the innocent into His presence. We pray that He would comfort those who have participated in or been affected by abortion, leading them to repentance and healing through the blood of Jesus Christ.

For those who feel abandoned, whether by parents, spouses, or friends, we stand on the promise of God’s unfailing love. The psalmist writes, "Though my father and my mother have forsaken me, yet Yahweh will take me up" (Psalm 27:10 WEB). The Lord is a Father to the fatherless and a Defender of the weak (Psalm 68:5). He will never leave nor forsake His children (Hebrews 13:5). We pray that those who feel alone would turn to Him, the only true Refuge, and find rest in His presence.

To those who have lost children, whether through abortion, miscarriage, or other tragedies, we offer the hope of God’s compassion. Isaiah 49:15 asks, "Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you!" (WEB). The Lord remembers every life, and we trust that He holds these little ones in His eternal care. We pray for healing for those who mourn, that they would find peace in knowing their children are with the Lord.

For those without shelter, family, or support, we cry out to God for provision. The Lord is the One who "executes justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner in giving him food and clothing" (Deuteronomy 10:18 WEB). We ask Him to open doors of refuge, to raise up godly people to stand in the gap, and to meet every need according to His riches in glory.

We must also address the spiritual reality behind these sorrows. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that we might have life, and have it abundantly. There is no true comfort, no lasting hope, and no salvation apart from Jesus Christ. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6), and no one comes to the Father except through Him. If you do not know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. Confess your sins, repent, and receive His forgiveness and eternal life. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken by the pain of this world. We lift up every person who feels abandoned, every child who was lost before they could take their first breath, and every family shattered by sin and suffering. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask You to draw near to those who are hurting, to heal their wounds, and to restore what has been lost.

We repent, Lord, for the sin of abortion that has taken so many innocent lives. We ask for Your mercy and forgiveness, and we pray for those who have been involved in this sin to find Your grace and redemption. Comfort those who mourn the loss of children, and let them know that You hold their little ones in Your arms.

For those without shelter or support, we ask You to provide for their needs. Raise up godly people to show them Your love and lead them to safety. Strengthen those who feel alone, reminding them that You are their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Above all, Lord, we pray that every person would come to know You through Jesus Christ. May they experience Your love, Your peace, and the hope of eternal life. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who alone can bring true healing and restoration. Amen.

Thank you for bringing this heavy load to us. We hear the grief behind these words, loss of the unborn, abandonment, homelessness, and the ache of being alone. That is a lot to carry, and we are standing with you in prayer.

We want you to know that your plea for mercy is not lost. God sees each abandoned child and each unborn life, and He is not indifferent to the sorrow you are describing. You are doing something good by bringing these needs before Him instead of carrying them alone.

If you or anyone you are praying for is without shelter or feeling at the end of your strength, please reach out to a local church or a Christian crisis ministry. They can often help with practical needs and a safe place to talk. You do not have to face this alone.

Jesus, we ask for Your mercy. Receive the unborn who never drew breath on this earth, and comfort every mother and father weighed down by loss. Be a refuge for the abandoned, the betrayed, the child alone, the one without home or friend. Give wisdom and courage to those who need to reach out for help. And for the one who wrote this, grant Your peace that passes understanding, and guide them to the shelter and support they need. We trust these dear ones to You, knowing You are the Father of compassion. In Jesus' name, amen.

This cry for the unborn and the abandoned is not too small for the ear of Him whose tender mercies are over all His works. God is not deaf to the groans of the dying, nor to the sobs of the forsaken. His mercy is tender, but His mercy is never a shelter for unrepented sin.

For the little ones destroyed before birth, we may not call evil good. Their blood cries from the ground, and the sin of abortion is murder before the face of God. We cannot ask the Almighty to bless the hand that took the life, nor to smile upon the spirit that hates the child in the womb. But we may entrust the souls of those unborn ones to the Judge of all the earth, who does right. The Lord is plenteous in mercy, and He delights in mercy, and the Son of God has shed His blood for sinners, even for those who cannot cry out. Whether He receives these little ones into His own presence is a matter for His own eternal counsel, but we leave them not in hopelessness, but in the arms of everlasting kindness. We may say with the prophet, Can a woman forget her sucking child? Yes, she may forget, yet will I not forget thee. What the mother and father would not love, the Lord is able to gather with an everlasting love.

For the abandoned, the betrayed, the forsaken wife and husband, the lonely daughter and son, the little ones with no house and no friend, there is a refuge. Christ is the true City of Refuge, and the signposts along the road read, Refuge, Refuge. Though father and mother forsake you, the Lord will take you up. The gates of mercy are not shut when the gates of society are shut. Jesus came to seek and to save the lost, and the very outcasts are the objects of His errand of mercy. Flee to Him. He will not cast out the brokenhearted who come in His name.

But let none take false comfort. There is a false hope in the mercy of God, and I must warn you against it. It is a deadly thing to say, God is merciful, while continuing to hate the child, to forsake the spouse, to abandon the helpless. The mercy of God does not bless such a state. It calls you out of it. If you have shed innocent blood, or cast off your own kin, do not ask God to bless the situation. Ask Him to break your heart. Ask Him to give you repentance and a new nature. His mercy goes before the sinner to bring him to Christ, but it never follows a rebel to excuse his rebellion. The first work of mercy is to turn your face in the opposite direction. It makes a man a new creation, with new loves and new hates. If you have not conversion, you have nothing to do with mercy but to seek it.

Therefore let us pray, not for a blessing upon sin, but for mercy upon sinners and for shelter for the helpless. Lord, have mercy upon the little ones destroyed in the womb. Receive them, O God of all grace, for the sake of Jesus Christ alone. Have mercy upon the forsaken and the betrayed. Be Thou their house and their portion, their refuge and their shield. And for those who have done this evil, Lord, break their hearts, bring them to the cross, and let the blood of Christ cleanse even this deep stain. We do not ask Thee to bless the sin. We ask Thee to save the sinner, for Jesus' sake. Amen.

Flee now to the refuge. Do not delay. The tender mercy of God in Christ is the only hope for the guilty and the only home for the abandoned.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The cry of the abandoned and the unborn has reached the ears of God, and I join you in casting them upon His mercy. Psalm 27 stands firm: though father and mother forsake, the Lord will receive. Isaiah 49 reminds us that even if a mother forgets her nursing child, God will not forget. So we may entrust the unborn who are despised, the miscarried, and the aborted to the Judge of all the earth, who always does right. We do not bless the killing of the unborn. Abortion is murder, and an abortive spirit in a family is a spirit of death, not of life. We cannot ask God to bless that. We can ask Him to cleanse, forgive, and deliver all who are entangled in it.

For every wife, husband, daughter, son, sister, brother, and friend abandoned or betrayed, for every beggar with no shelter, for those who fear the madhouse, we pray the mercy of Christ. The Church must be a refuge. Nothing is so characteristic of a Christian as mercy. Do not only pray; open your hand. If you have a room, shelter. If you have bread, feed. If you have a voice, speak for the voiceless. Alms deliver from death, and mercy quenches the fire of judgment.

And if you or another has procured abortion or abandoned a child, do not despair. Paul calls himself the chief of sinners and says he obtained mercy so that no one should doubt. God's longsuffering is greater than our sin. But that mercy requires turning from the sin, not naming it good. Repent, confess, and receive forgiveness in Jesus Christ. Then let that mercy flow outward to the living.

Let us pray. Lord Jesus Christ, receive the unborn children into Your care. Have mercy on the abandoned, the lonely, the destitute, the betrayed. Break every spirit of death and bring repentance where there has been murder or neglect. Give Your Church a merciful heart to shelter the forsaken. Forgive us and heal us, for Your name's sake. Amen.

Your burden for those who feel completely abandoned and for the lives of unborn children is heard, and it reflects the heart of God who sees every person who has no house, no family, and no place of refuge.

Scripture speaks directly to this pain. Though my father and my mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me, Psalm 27:10. And again, can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne, Isaiah 49:15. Even when human love fails, God's compassion does not fail. He sees the wife left alone, the husband forsaken, the daughter and son without support, the brother and sister betrayed, the friend forgotten, and the child still in the womb who is despised or unwanted. None are hidden from Him.

The comfort we have is in the mercy of God. Mercy is not getting what we deserve, while grace is getting what we do not deserve. We all need mercy, and God delights to show it. When His people had rebelled and deserved judgment, He declared to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. That was not a cold statement of distance, but a declaration of sovereignty that He is free to forgive. He was looking for a reason to show mercy, and He placed intercession on Moses heart so that mercy could be given. In the same way today, He is looking for hearts to call upon Him, and when we cry out, He answers because His mercy endures forever.

That mercy is without limit. It is as high as the heavens are above the earth, and it reaches from everlasting to everlasting for those who fear Him. It is not that we exhaust it or that it runs out for the guilty or the broken. As long as we call upon the Lord, His mercy is available. He has not rewarded us according to our sins, but has been long suffering, gracious, and forgiving.

Mercy and truth meet together only in Jesus Christ. Truth and justice require that sin be judged, and mercy desires that the sinner be forgiven. Both are satisfied at the cross. Through Jesus, who bore the penalty for sin, God can be just and still forgive those who come to Him. There is peace with God and righteousness before God only through Him, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. That is why we can entrust every innocent child, every aborted or miscarried little one, to His care, asking Him to receive them into His presence. Only God can take them to Himself, and we trust His perfect compassion and justice to do what is right.

So we join you in prayer. We ask the Lord to have mercy on every abandoned and lonely heart, to be a Father to the fatherless and a refuge to those with no shelter, to comfort those who have lost family and to bring healing where there has been betrayal. We ask Him to have mercy on mothers and fathers and on all who have taken part in the taking of unborn life, that they would turn to Him in repentance and find forgiveness through Jesus. And we entrust every unborn child into His hands, asking that in His great mercy He would receive them.

May you continue to call upon Him, for His mercy endures forever and He delights to show it to all who seek Him in truth.
