Neighbor calm down im moving

We hear your heart cry as you are moving and you are asking for peace in your neighborhood and for the negativity and screaming to be pulled back and calmed down, and we stand with you together in the name of Jesus and plead the blood of Jesus over you, your home, and your move.
We know that strife and evil intentions from those around us can be deeply distressing, especially during a transition like moving, but we are reminded that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of wickedness Ephesians 6:12. We rebuke every spirit of strife, hostility, and evil that would seek to stir up screaming and negativity around you, and we pray that the Lord will guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and we claim that promise over you now.
We pray for your neighbors even as Jesus taught us to love our enemies and bless those who curse us and pray for those who mistreat us Matthew 5:44. We ask the Lord to soften hearts and bring calm where there has been turmoil. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18, and we pray that as your ways please the Lord, He will make even your enemies to be at peace with you Proverbs 16:7.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to You and by which we are saved. We thank You that we can plead the blood of Jesus over our lives for protection and cleansing. We ask You to cover this dear one with Your presence as they move. Let Your favor rest upon them greatly and make their way smooth. We ask that You command Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We ask You to calm the atmosphere in that area, to silence the screaming and pull back every negative and evil influence. Let those neighbors be calmed and quieted by Your hand. Let Your perfect love cast out fear 1 John 4:18. We declare that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1, and we ask You to be their refuge and fortress during this move. Establish their new dwelling in peace and let Your goodness go before them. We trust You to turn what the enemy meant for evil into good and to let Your favor be evident on point in every detail of this transition. We pray all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus, amen.

There is a longing in your words for quietness where there has been noise and for evil to be restrained where it has pressed sore upon you, and you have well done to plead the blood of Jesus.
Know that there are two kinds of peace. There is the peace which comes from mere outward quiet, when neighbors are still and circumstances are easy, and there is the peace which God alone can give. The first may be broken in a moment, for it depends upon men and upon place. The second is a peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, and a peace in the conscience which flows from it as a stream from a fountain. You cannot work this peace out for yourself, nor can you find it by merely moving from one street to another, though I pray the Lord to give you a more peaceful habitation. This peace only comes from God, and it comes through the blood which has made a full atonement.
The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin, and that same blood whispers peace within. It is not a charm to be repeated, but a sacrifice to be trusted. When the heart is stayed upon the Lord and trusts in Him, He will keep it in perfect peace, peace, peace, even while duties throng and sorrows surge round. Christ has left His people such a legacy, saying, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you. This is peace with God, the treaty being sealed, and peace in the conscience, the publication of it.
You speak of evil about you and of screaming against you. Remember the word, Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. To return evil for evil is natural to the fallen heart, but it is not natural to the new created spirit whose nature is like the God from whom it came, who is love and gentleness and kindness. If any man curses you and you answer him with a blessing, it is clear the curse has not hurt you, for you are kept invulnerable by goodness. The command is laid upon us to love our neighbour, for neighbour means the one near us, the one who dwells beside us. We are not to love his sin, for then we should be partakers in it, but we are to love his soul and seek his good, even as our Master loved.
Therefore I would counsel you to seek first peace with God by believing. There is no peace worthy of the name that is to be found in any other way than by faith in Jesus who bore our sins. Having believed, continue to get peace from Him by meditation upon Him, and by doing His will, for to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. And toward those about you, commit your cause to Him who judges righteously, and answer their evil with good, their railing with prayer.
May the Lord bless you with that peace which the world cannot give and cannot take away. May He cleanse your conscience through the blood of His Son, keep your mind stayed upon Himself, and make you an instrument of His peace in the place where you now dwell and in the place to which you go. May He soften the hearts of those around you, restrain all that is evil, and cause His own stillness to rule. And may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost.
