We come before the Lord with your requests, lifting them up in faith. First, we pray for your work situation. The Bible tells us in Matthew 7:7, "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." We ask the Lord to open doors for you at your workplace, that your boss may grant your request for morning shifts. We trust in God’s provision, knowing that He cares for your needs, including your transportation concerns. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We also lift up your husband in prayer as he prepares for his exams. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We ask the Lord to grant him wisdom, focus, and clarity of mind as he studies. May the Holy Spirit guide him in his preparations and fill him with peace and confidence as he takes his exams. We declare that he will succeed according to God’s will, for "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" (Proverbs 9:10).
Father, we also want to encourage you both to continue seeking the Lord in all areas of your lives. Let your faith remain strong, knowing that God is faithful to His promises. We pray that your marriage would be a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church, built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to honoring God in all things. May your home be filled with peace, joy, and unity as you walk together in faith.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety or fear that may try to creep into your hearts regarding these situations. We stand on Your Word, which tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that you will not be overwhelmed by circumstances but will rest in the assurance of God’s provision and care.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can come before You. For there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May His grace and peace surround you both as you trust in Him. Amen.
