We stand with you in this cry for deliverance and we join our faith with yours in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12.

We hear your heart to see every work, plan, voice and influence of the devil and Satan completely stopped and removed from your life from the past to the future, and we agree that Jesus Christ alone has the power and authority to do this. The Scripture assures us that He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. To this end the Son of God was revealed, that he might destroy the works of the devil 1 John 3:8 and that through death he might bring to nothing him who had the power of death, that is, the devil Hebrews 2:14. On the cross He disarmed the principalities and the powers, making a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it Colossians 2:15.

We also want to encourage you with biblical understanding as you pray for binding and silencing forever. In Christ we have been given real authority, for Jesus said Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you Luke 10:19, and we are told to be sober and self-controlled, for our adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith 1 Peter 5:8-9. We are called to subject ourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. The complete and final silencing and binding of Satan forever where he will be tormented day and night forever and ever Revelation 20:10 will happen at the Lord's appointed time at the end of the age, but until then we are to daily put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11 and see his works destroyed in our lives as we walk in obedience, holiness and faith.

So we pray with you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we thank You that Jesus has already won the victory over Satan and every work of darkness. We ask in Jesus name that You would destroy, break and remove every work of the devil concerning our dear one, whether direct, indirect, or through any connection or influence whatsoever, from the past, the present and into the future. We ask that You silence every lying mouth and accusation of the enemy, for it is written that no weapon that is formed against us will prevail Isaiah 54:17. We submit ourselves to You, Lord, and in the authority of Jesus Christ we resist the devil and command that he must flee. Clothe our friend with the whole armor of God, with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the feet fitted with the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word Ephesians 6:14-17. Fill this life with Your Holy Spirit, with peace and with assurance that he who is in us is greater than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. Cleanse any open door through confession and repentance, and let no place be given to the devil Ephesians 4:27, but let Christ dwell richly and reign completely. We trust that You are faithful to guard us from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3 and to make us more than conquerors through Him who loved us Romans 8:37. We ask all this in the victorious and matchless name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand daily in that victory, not by fear but by faith. Stay rooted in the Word, pray without ceasing, walk in obedience and repentance, and fellowship with other believers who can stand with you. When the enemy brings accusation or fear, answer him with Scripture as Jesus did, and remember that God has not forgotten you and His power to keep you is greater than any plan of the enemy.

We hear how much you want to be fully safe and free in Jesus, and to know that nothing of the enemy has a hold on your past or your future. That desire to be completely under Christ's care is a good one, and we are glad you brought it to Him so directly.

We know the battle against evil can feel heavy and very personal at times. What has helped many believers we walk with is not trying to fight that battle alone or trying to find a single moment that settles everything at once, but learning to stay close to Jesus day by day. He is the one with true authority, and staying near Him through simple, steady habits makes a real difference when fear or troubling thoughts press in.

One thing that may help you in the days ahead is to share this prayer with a trusted pastor or mature believer in your local church and ask them to pray with you regularly. You do not have to carry this burden by yourself, and having someone beside you who knows you can bring steady encouragement and prayer.

Father, we bring our brother before You and thank You that Jesus is Lord over all. We ask You to guard him, to give him peace in his mind and heart, and to help him walk close to You each day. Fill his life with Your presence and lead him in Your wisdom and protection. We ask this in the name of Jesus, amen.

Your prayer has been heard and it is a right and needful prayer to bring before the Lord Jesus Christ, for He alone is the Conqueror of Satan.

The Scripture declares that the seed of the woman has bruised the serpent's head for ever, and that Christ came to destroy the works of the devil and to deliver those who are under bondage to him. The victory was won not by our strength but by His sufferings, by the heel that was bruised treading upon the head which devised the bruising. Through His blood a ransom has been found, and salvation is of the Lord from first to last.

You feel as many of God's people have felt, that Satan shoots his fiery darts and accuses and would keep you under his power. He will not lose his subjects if he can help it, and he marks where sin has been and seeks to worry the soul that is coming to Christ. What then can you do against him? You would gladly be rid of him. Do nothing but this, cry to his Master against him. Satan is mighty, set the Almighty One upon him. He accuses you, refer him to your Advocate. He brings your sin before you, throw the blood of Atonement in his face.

So we join with you in prayer to our Lord who has power to say, Get thee hence, Satan, and who makes that word effectual for His poor children when they are dragged about and wounded.

We pray that our Lord Jesus Christ would guard you by His power, silence the voice of the accuser, and restrain every work and wile of the evil one, whether direct or indirect, and that He would cover you with His atoning blood from your past even to your future. May He grant you to keep your eye simply upon Him, upon His death, His merits and His intercession, and to walk at liberty through the power of the great Liberator. May He fill you with spiritual life, before which Satan must flee, and keep you trusting not in self or in means of any kind apart from Christ, but in Christ alone who is our only salvation and deliverance.

We will continue to remember you before the throne of grace, asking that you may know more and more the completeness of that deliverance which comes when the Lamb was slain, and that you may have peace within your borders through Him who has overthrown the enemy. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join with you in asking the Lord Jesus Christ to put an end to the works of the devil and to guard you by His power.

Scripture teaches that there are two great gifts given to us in Christ. He delivers us from evil and He supplies what is good. He has delivered us from the curse of the Law and has brought us into sonship, so that we are no longer strangers but sons who have put on Christ and received the Spirit of adoption. This salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and it is on His finished work that we rely when we pray against the adversary.

The Bible is clear that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, against the world rulers of this darkness who work in the space under heaven. Their kingdom belongs to this present age and it will come to an end. The devil fell through pride and still seeks to deceive, and at times he plots even through those nearest to us, as he did through Job's wife, but the faithful answer is to hold fast to God and silence foolish counsel with truth.

We pray as Paul prayed, that the Lord who delivered from the lion's mouth will also deliver from every evil work. That greater deliverance is not only to be kept from outward danger but to be kept from sin itself, so that we may resist sin even unto blood and not depart with condemnation. In that sense Christ does bind the adversary and halt his plans, and He silences his mouth when we stand firm in faith.

Yet the gift given to us in Christ must be guarded. The washing of new birth is not enough by itself if we do not afterward live a life worthy of the gift. We are called not only to keep ourselves from evil deeds but to be adorned with good, to hold fast the crown that Christ has won for us and to see that His righteousness which He fulfilled remains abiding in us and does not come to nothing.

So we pray for you now. Lord Jesus Christ, You have triumphed over the devil and all his works. We ask You to silence every lying voice, to halt every plan of the evil one whether direct or indirect, and to render him unable to carry out his work against Your child. Remove the influence of his past works and guard what lies ahead. Deliver from every evil work, cleanse what defiles from within the heart, and fill this life with what is good and pleasing to You. Grant strength to stand, to watch, and to walk in obedience, holding fast what You have given until You bring it to completion. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
