need God's direction & guidance..

at a "major" crossroads in my life....lost my job almost 2 years ago...been attempting self-

employment, love it, but a great financial struggle as well...praying whether to get a job or

remain on the path that I have choosen in "faith"... also struggling with a call to ministry

that has been brewing for a number of years in my soul....several ministers have spoken

powerful words over my life regarding this issue in the past 15 years...I don't wish to

attempt anything without the Lord's direction, guidance and confirmation over my life

and decisions..I completely trust that what ever God has choosen for me is exactly what

I am supposed to do with my life, it's just difficult finding my through all of this. He knows

whats best for me, and I don't insist on my own way...please pray that God will reveal to

my heart what He wants for me! Thank you so much for your prayers!

Father, God, at such a crossroads, I plead with Shawn that you would reveal your will for him. Lead him on the path of your choosing, Lord, and let whatever he does be pleasing to you. I pray you will give him clear guidance of what he should be doing. I pray that he will be trusting and faithful about where you are taking him, and that you will protect him from the conflict of the mind. Protect Shawn from over-analyzing it all too much. Thank you for equipping him for the plans you have for him. Let us be thankful that you provide for our every basic human need. Let us also be thankful for the "people angels" who come to our side with support and ministering. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.
