We also recall the words of Isaiah 40:31, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Your husband’s strength does not come from his own efforts alone but from waiting on the Lord, trusting in His timing, and leaning on His understanding. Sometimes, the weight of potential can feel overwhelming, especially if he is comparing himself to others or feeling the pressure to perform. But God’s ways are higher, and His plans for your husband are good—plans to prosper him and not to harm him, plans to give him hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
Let us also encourage you, dear sister, to continue speaking life over your husband. Proverbs 18:21 tells us, *"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit."* Your words of affirmation, prayer, and belief in him are powerful seeds planted in his life. At the same time, we must remember that true confidence is not rooted in self-belief alone but in the belief that God is working *through* us. If your husband is struggling with feelings of inadequacy or fear, it may be helpful to remind him of 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Fear does not come from the Lord, and neither does a spirit of discouragement. These are tools of the enemy to keep him from stepping into the calling God has for him. Encourage him to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) and to reject the lies that may be holding him back.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
