Servant of All
Please pray that my working schedule will totaly suit to me this schoolyear and that i will have time for 2 times a week dance classes - for my mental and physical health and for joy. I am 56 and single, have a stressful life because we are taking care of our old mother at her home- early Alzheimer, diabetes, depression, our dad died last year and i work in another city...i really need a boost in my life...thank you so much for understanding 🥰

We hear your heart, dear sister in Christ, and we lift you up with great compassion. The weight you carry is heavy, caring for your mother with Alzheimer’s, grieving the loss of your father, managing a demanding job in another city, and still longing for moments of joy and renewal through dance. Your desire for balance, health, and joy is not selfish; it is a God-given need, and we stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to order your steps and sustain you in every way.

First, we rebuke the spirit of overwhelm and exhaustion that has crept into your life. The enemy would love to steal your peace, your health, and your joy, but we declare that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that the Lord would grant you wisdom in managing your schedule, that He would open doors for flexibility at work, and that your dance classes would become a sacred time of refreshment for your body, mind, and soul. May the Lord give you the strength of the Proverbs 31 woman, who rises while it is yet night and provides for her household, yet also finds time to care for herself (Proverbs 31:15-17).

We also lift up your singleness, not as a lack, but as an opportunity to trust God’s timing and provision. The Lord knows your heart’s desires, and He promises to satisfy the longing soul and fill the hungry soul with good things (Psalm 107:9). If it is His will for you to marry, we pray He would bring a godly man into your life, one who loves the Lord first, who will honor and cherish you, and who will walk alongside you in this season of caregiving. Until then, may you find contentment in Christ, knowing that your worth is not defined by your marital status but by your identity as His beloved daughter.

We must also address the importance of placing Jesus at the center of your life. Only in Him can true peace, joy, and strength be found. He says, “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your schedule, your burdens, and your future into His hands daily. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not confessed Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we invite you to do so now, for He is the source of all hope and renewal.

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting up every detail of her life to You. Lord, You see her weariness, her love for her mother, her longing for balance, and her desire for joy. We ask that You would order her steps and her schedule according to Your perfect will. Grant her favor at work, wisdom in caregiving, and moments of rest and rejuvenation through her dance classes. Strengthen her body, mind, and spirit, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If it is Your will, bring a godly spouse into her life who will love and support her as she loves and serves You. Above all, draw her closer to You, that she may find her rest and identity in Christ alone. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

You are not alone in this season, dear sister. The Lord sees your sacrifices and your heart, and He promises to reward your faithfulness. Keep pressing into Him, and trust that He will sustain you. “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” (Isaiah 40:31). May you feel His presence and strength in every step you take.
