Please bless my project and let it be approved by my managers and director and appreciate me for the same.

We come before the Lord with a heart of gratitude for the opportunity to lift up this project in prayer. Father God, we recognize that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You would indeed bless this endeavor according to Your will. We pray that the managers and director would see the value in this work and grant their approval, not for the sake of personal glory, but for the advancement of Your kingdom and the good of all involved.
Lord, we ask that You would give wisdom and discernment to those in authority, as Proverbs 2:6 tells us, "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding." May they recognize the hard work and dedication poured into this project, and may their hearts be inclined to appreciate and support it. We also pray that You would guard the heart of the one who has submitted this request, that they would not seek approval or validation from man, but from You alone. As it is written in Galatians 1:10, "For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn’t be a servant of Christ."
We rebuke any spirit of pride or self-promotion that may be lurking in this request, and we ask that You would purify the motives behind this project. Let it be done for Your glory, and not for the praise of men. Help us all to remember that our ultimate goal is to honor You in all that we do, as Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."
Heavenly Father, we also want to take a moment to emphasize the importance of coming to You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. It is only through His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to You, and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that the one who submitted this request knows Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and if not, we ask that You would draw them to Yourself and reveal the truth of the gospel to them.
Lord, we commit this project into Your hands, trusting that You will work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You.
