TV Project

Disciple of Prayer
Dear Lord Jesus, I know your timing is always the best, but I would like you to please help me rather soon. Before the year ends with my TV project I wanna try to be able to help others be able to be stars God I’ve had enough of working in the sun at a zoo, disrespected cleaning up after animals and people not understanding my senses of autism. I have trauma from previous zoo I used to work at it’s gotta stop. I wanna get with my TV project. I wanna use it for good. My life is like this seeing other people succeed while I’m just stuck working cleaning up after the animals, humiliated and nearly killed and unable to be active afterwards horrifying for me getting the help I need please help me find some station just a star on and try to move up with my career Television and let others get to their career too In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we lift your burdens before the Lord with great compassion. You are not forgotten, and your struggles, both seen and unseen, matter deeply to God. The pain of feeling overlooked, disrespected, and trapped in a cycle of hardship is heavy, especially when you carry the additional weight of autism and past trauma. We stand with you in prayer, believing that the Lord sees your labor, your dreams, and your desire to use your gifts for His glory.

First, we want to affirm your calling to create something meaningful through your TV project. The Lord has placed gifts and passions within you, and Scripture tells us, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them" (Ephesians 2:10). Your desire to help others shine and pursue their careers aligns with God’s heart for His people to use their talents to build up others. We pray that He would open doors for you in ways you cannot yet imagine, for "what is impossible with men is possible with God" (Luke 18:27).

Yet we must also gently address the areas where your request reveals pain and frustration that need healing. The bitterness of comparison, seeing others succeed while you feel stuck, can poison the soul if left unchecked. The Bible warns us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up" (Galatians 6:9). Your season of reaping will come, but it may not look like the world’s definition of success. Trust that God is using this time to refine your character, deepen your dependence on Him, and prepare you for greater influence. The apostle Paul endured far worse than cleaning up after animals, shipwrecks, beatings, imprisonment, yet he wrote, "I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content" (Philippians 4:11). Contentment doesn’t mean complacency; it means resting in God’s sovereignty while actively pursuing His will.

We also sense the trauma you’ve carried from past workplaces. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He longs to heal those wounds. We encourage you to seek godly counseling or a trusted pastor to help you process these experiences in a safe space. Trauma can distort our view of God and ourselves, but His Word reminds us, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). You are not defined by what you’ve endured; you are defined by Christ’s love for you.

Now, let us pray over you:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, lifting up their dreams, their pain, and their desire to serve You through their TV project. Lord, You see the long hours, the disrespect, and the exhaustion they’ve endured. You know the trauma that lingers and the frustration of feeling stuck. We ask that You would heal their heart, restore their hope, and replace bitterness with trust in Your perfect timing. Open doors no one can shut, and connect them with the right people who will value their gifts and vision. Provide opportunities for them to step into their calling, whether in television or another avenue You’ve prepared. Give them favor with those in authority, wisdom to navigate challenges, and creativity to bring their ideas to life. Surround them with a community that uplifts and encourages them. Father, we also ask that You would protect their mind from comparison and despair. Remind them daily that their worth is found in You alone, not in their circumstances. Strengthen their faith to believe that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). May they experience Your peace that surpasses understanding and the joy of Your presence as they wait on You. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen."

In the meantime, we encourage you to take practical steps while trusting God’s timing. Research Christian networks, production companies, or mentors in the television industry who might offer guidance or opportunities. Pray over your project, asking the Lord to refine your vision to align with His purposes. And remember, even small steps, like creating a demo reel, networking online, or volunteering in media ministries, can be part of God’s plan to position you for greater things.

You are not alone in this journey. The same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Jesus from the dead, and turned a shepherd boy into a king is at work in your life. Keep your eyes on Him, and don’t despise the day of small beginnings (Zechariah 4:10). Your breakthrough is coming.

We hear the exhaustion in your words, working day after day in a job that drains you, feeling disrespected, and carrying trauma from the past while watching others move toward their dreams. That kind of ache runs deep, and it’s completely understandable that you’re crying out for change. Your desire to use a TV project for good, to help others become stars, is a generous hope, and we believe God notices the heart behind it.

It’s hard when your life feels stuck while others seem to advance. Please don’t let that comparison steal your hope or make you doubt your own worth. You are not forgotten, and this difficult season will not last forever. In the meantime, even small, steady steps can help. Is there a local access station, a church media team, or an online platform where you could begin experimenting with your ideas? Building skills and connections now, even in modest ways, can open unexpected doors.

And because the trauma and the toll on your health are real, we gently encourage you to speak with a counselor or doctor who can walk with you through those wounds. Your well-being matters deeply. We’re praying with you now:

Lord Jesus, you see this laborer who longs for change, the weariness, the old hurts, and the dream to create something that lifts others. Bring healing to the painful memories and wisdom for the next right step. Open a door that fits the gifts you’ve placed here, provide relief from this draining ### work, and restore a sense of dignity and hope. Let this project come to life in your timing, for good. In your name we ask it, Amen.

The prayer of your heart reaches to the throne, and it is not unheard, for the Lord attends to the cry of the bruised reed. Yet consider this: the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ possesses healing virtue. Your present station, surrounded by the humiliation and weariness of animal care, may appear to you as a barren wilderness, but even there the Sun of Righteousness can arise with healing in His wings. Your senses, which you name as autism, and the deep trauma from past afflictions are not beyond the reach of His hand. He gathers the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. But know that the first healing is not the alteration of outward circumstance, it is the forgiveness of sins and the renewal of the heart. When the palsied man was brought to Jesus, He first declared, “Son, thy sins be forgiven thee,” before He commanded him to rise and walk. The inward malady must be cured before the outward chain is broken.

You speak of a television project to help others become stars, and your desire to escape the disrespect and sorrow of your labor is keenly felt. But beware the fever of ambition that often rages within the soul, making men wish for they know not what. True ministry, the only service that endures, flows from a healed heart. Simon’s wife’s mother, once raised from her fever, immediately ministered unto Christ. The sequence is appointed: first the healing touch of the Master, then the grateful service. Are you certain your project is born of that healed place, or might it be a device of your own devising to flee from the present trial? The Lord sometimes permits us to be placed among the beasts of burden and the uncleanness of the stall to teach us that we are but dust, and that His strength is perfected in weakness. The very humiliations you endure can become the soil in which humility blossoms, and humility is the root of all usefulness.

Let your prayer be refined at the mercy seat. Seek not first the station or the platform, seek the Healer Himself. His leaves are for your specific wounds: the trauma, the sense of injustice, the weariness of a mind that perceives the world with a different measure. Bring these to Him in confession and simple trust. He is the Conduit Head of all healing streams. When you have been lifted by His hand and your fever of soul has abated, you shall find a service prepared for you. It may be television, or it may be a path you have never dreamed, for the crooked sticks of the Lord’s planting all find a place in His house. Do not fret over the success of others; jealousy is a sickness in itself. Rather, take heed how you hear the Word in your present trial. Are you sitting under a Gospel ministry that breaks and then binds? For three months of such hearing will either soften or harden. Hasten to the assembly where Christ is lifted up, and there, in the teaching of His Word, the healing power is present. The very message of reconciliation is that God has already done the work, you need but receive it. Then, with a quieted heart, your daily labor at the zoo may become a pulpit of patience, and your project, if it be of Him, will be born not of ambition’s restless fever, but of a calm and joyful gratitude.

You cry out from a place of deep weariness, feeling the sun’s heat, the sting of disrespect, the ache of humiliation, and the wounds of past trauma. Your senses, which you describe as ###, make this burden heavier still, misunderstood, laboring among animals while your heart longs to create, to shine, to lift others up through this television work. Yet listen carefully: the very humiliation you wish to flee is not without meaning for a soul that loves Christ. When the body is bowed low, when men overlook you, when you feel nearly killed by indignity, do not forget that the Lord Jesus Himself emptied Himself, took the form of a servant, and in His humiliation His judgment was taken away. He knows what it is to be trampled upon. And as David said when Shimei cursed him, “The Lord hath bidden him, that He might look on my humiliation; and the Lord will requite me good for his cursing this day.” The Father permits seasons of lowliness for those He is fashioning for glory.

You speak of seeing others succeed while you feel stuck: this is a fiery trial, and it can either refine your love or scorch it with envy. But our citizenship is in heaven, not on any television set. The body of your humiliation, this same body that sweats and aches and bears the scars of past harm, will one day be fashioned anew by the Lord Jesus Christ, conformed to His glorious body. Do not despise the labor of your hands, even when it seems fit only for animals. God has placed you there for a little while; be not torpid in zeal for virtue while you wait. Strip yourself with readiness for these glorious wrestlings, and see whether in that very place you might serve Christ by serving faithfully, even when misunderstood. That obedience, offered to Him, carries more weight than a thousand broadcast hours.

Your longing to help others become stars, test this desire by the fire of love that the Apostle describes, a love that reaches out the hand in forethought and protection. If your project truly seeks the good of souls, it must flee every taint of vainglory and worldly ambition. Many serve their own belly, chasing a fame that fades before the coffin closes. But faith is your shield, a shield large enough to cover your whole frame if you do not trim it with reasonings and quibbles. Believe that God is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, not necessarily those who find a station, but those who seek His face. If He grants this project, let it be for the increase of His kingdom, not your own rescue alone. And if He delays or denies, let that delay teach you to wait for the Saviour who ever lives to intercede for you, who brings help not always soon by our clocks, but always at the uttermost need.

No man, no station, no success can protect you if your works betray you, not because Christ is unwilling, but because the gulf between a soul clinging to its own will and the soul emptied for God remains impassable without true repentance and trust. He saves to the uttermost those who come to God by Him, because He ever lives to intercede. Cry out to Him, yes, but let your cry be: “Fashion my will to Yours, whether in a zoo or a studio, whether cleaning or creating. Only let me not be ashamed before You at the last day.” If this television work is rendered back to Him with purified motives, He may open a door; if not, He will give you something better, Himself, and a body like His glorious body, free from every trauma and humiliation, forever.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
