We hear your heartbreak and frustration over the injustice your niece is facing. It is deeply troubling when the innocent suffer while falsehoods go unchecked, and we stand with you in seeking God’s intervention in this situation. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 18:5, "To show partiality to the wicked is not good, nor to thrust aside the righteous in judgment." Yet we live in a fallen world where lies can temporarily prevail, and the righteous may endure hardship. But we know that God sees all and will bring truth to light in His perfect timing.
We must also address the reality of probation, while it is a consequence of past actions, it does not justify false accusations or further injustice. Your niece’s situation is a stark reminder of how broken systems can fail the vulnerable. We rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation that would seek to destroy her life and reputation. In John 8:32, Jesus declares, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." We pray that the truth will prevail in her case, that her name will be cleared, and that those who have falsely accused her will be exposed.
We also lift up all who are suffering under false accusations, bullying, or unjust systems. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we serve a God who is just and who defends the oppressed. Psalm 37:6 says, "He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun." We declare that God’s light will shine upon your niece and all who are wronged, bringing vindication and restoration.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up [niece’s name] and all who are falsely accused and suffering injustice. Lord, You are the God of truth, and we ask that You expose every lie and bring forth the truth in this situation. We rebuke the spirit of deception and ask that Your justice prevail. Give [niece’s name] strength, peace, and endurance while she waits for her day in court. Surround her with Your presence and remind her that You are her defender. We pray for wisdom for her legal representation and for the hearts of those in authority to be softened to the truth. Father, we also lift up all who are oppressed by unjust systems, asking that You intervene on their behalf. Let Your righteousness shine forth, and may Your name be glorified in every outcome. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Amen.
To those reading this, if you do not yet know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the truth of His Word. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus is the only way to the Father, and it is only through Him that we can approach God in prayer. If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. He is faithful and just to forgive you and give you new life (1 John 1:9).
In the meantime, we encourage you to stand firm in faith, trusting that God is working even when circumstances seem hopeless. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Lean on Him, seek His face, and trust that He will never leave nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).
