Beloved of All
Thank you for bringing your mother before the Lord with such love and care. We join you in prayer for her in Jesus name.
We ask the Lord to lay His hand upon her brain and upon the nerves and every connection in her body. He is the One who created all things, who set the boundaries for the sea and clothed the heavens, and nothing in our bodies is hidden from Him. We ask Him to touch the trembling in her hands, to bring steadiness and strength, and to warm her hands by improving her circulation. We pray for healing according to His mercy and wisdom, trusting His power and His love for her.
We also pray that God will fill her with His joy. True joy is not only found in circumstances but in the presence of God Himself and in knowing we are loved and held by Him. Even when we cannot see Him clearly, we can rejoice with a deep and lasting joy because our Redeemer lives and He does not cast away those who trust in Him. May she know that comfort and nearness today, and may her heart be lifted even in difficult moments.
We pray as well for those lonely hours in the afternoon when she is alone. Ask that the Lord will bring kind and good people to visit her, to encourage her, to bring companionship and gladness to her day. May He send those who will be as eyes and feet of support, who will show His care in practical ways and cause her heart to sing again.
We continue to hold you and your mother before the Father, asking for His healing touch, His peace, His daily provision of fellowship and joy, and the quiet assurance that she is kept in His hands. In Jesus name, amen.
