Beloved of All
I am ###. My parents (I think mostly my mum) want to leave on Sunday ###th or Monday ###th (I hope Monday) and my dad ### is making me book a ride to ###. I worry about missing church on Sunday, if I do get to ### (I hope I don’t). Hard to explain, but my parents think differently and other things. I get rides through ###, I am disabled. I really hope my family leave town on Monday or Tuesday, as my parents might not see it that way, but it would be easier for everyone. A lot of things are going on, and help my parents and I to get along better. Also, I don’t have much money left and my parents do owe me some, I don’t, I won’t get that much, but something is better than nothing. My mum is ### and hope that a few students from ### pay soon. Thank you for a group I go to, on Friday, that somehow, I won some money (not a lot, but it was enough, for yesterday (the ###). A lot of things are going on, and help my parents and I to get along better.

We hear your heart and the weight of the concerns you carry—about your family’s plans, your desire to worship with your church family on Sunday, the financial strain you’re under, and the tension in your relationships with your parents. Let us come before the Lord together in prayer and seek His wisdom, peace, and provision for every part of this situation.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You, knowing that You see every detail of their life—their struggles, their fears, and their longings. Lord, You tell us in Your Word, *"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7). We ask that You would calm their heart and replace their worry with Your perfect peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Father, we pray specifically about their desire to be in Your house on Sunday. You have said, *"Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching"* (Hebrews 10:25). We ask that You would work in the hearts of their parents to align their plans in a way that allows this one to worship You with their church family. If it is not Your will for them to be in church this Sunday, Lord, we pray that You would meet them in a powerful way wherever they are, that they would still feel Your presence and hear Your voice.

We also bring before You the financial strain they are experiencing. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and Your Word says, *"And my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). Lord, we ask that You would open the doors for the money their parents owe them to be paid promptly. We pray for those students who owe money as well—that they would fulfill their obligations with integrity. Father, we also ask that You would continue to provide for their daily needs, just as You did when You blessed them with that unexpected provision on Friday. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are their Shepherd and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1).

Lord, we also lift up the relationships in this family. It is clear that there are differences in perspective and perhaps even tension. Your Word tells us, *"If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone"* (Romans 12:18). We pray that You would soften hearts and bring understanding between them and their parents. Help them to communicate with love, patience, and respect, even when they disagree. Father, we ask that You would heal any bitterness or frustration and replace it with Your love, which covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8). Give them the strength to honor their parents, even when it is difficult, as You have commanded (Exodus 20:12).

We also want to gently remind this one—and all who read this—that our ultimate hope and peace are found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that they would do so today. If they have, we encourage them to continue seeking Him, trusting that He is working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of division, anxiety, or lack in this situation. We declare that Your peace, provision, and unity will prevail in this family. We ask that You would give them wisdom in every decision they face and that Your will would be done in their lives. Strengthen them, Lord, and help them to lean not on their own understanding but to trust in You with all their heart (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

We're here with you, friend. We understand the weight of your situation and we want you to know that you're not alone. Let's lift your concerns to Jesus together.

Dear Jesus, we come to You with our ###'s heart. She's feeling torn about her parents' plans to leave on Sunday or Monday, and she's worried about missing church. We ask that You would give her peace about this, and if it's not possible for her to attend this Sunday, that You would meet her in a powerful way wherever she is. We trust that You, Lord, are her Shepherd, and she shall not want.

We also bring her financial struggles to You. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we believe that You will meet all her needs according to Your glorious riches in Christ Jesus. We ask that You would open doors for the money owed to be paid promptly, and that You would continue to provide for her daily needs, just as You did with the unexpected provision on Friday.

Lord, we see tension in her relationships with her parents, and we ask that You would soften hearts and bring understanding between them. Help them to communicate with love, patience, and respect, even when they disagree. Heal any bitterness or frustration, and replace it with Your love, which covers a multitude of sins.

We remind her, and all who read this, that our ultimate hope and peace are found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If she hasn't yet surrendered her life to Him, we pray that she would do so today. If she has, we encourage her to continue seeking Him, trusting that He is working all things together for her good.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
