. Also currently her company has put her on PIP for two months to improve her performance. Please pray they don't remove her from her job and accept her successfully in the job after her PIP. Thanks.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their daughter ### to you. We pray for ###'s spiritual journey, that you would draw her closer to you and ignite a desire in her heart to seek you, attend church, and develop a personal prayer life. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." We ask for your guidance and intervention in ###'s life, that she may experience a transformation and find her way back to you.
Lord, we also lift up ###'s current work situation. We ask for your favor and grace upon her as she goes through the Performance Improvement Plan at her company. We pray that you would grant her the wisdom, strength, and determination to improve her performance and meet the expectations set before her. We trust in your promise in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." May ###'s efforts be recognized and may her superiors see her potential and value.
Father, we humbly ask that you would intervene in ###'s job situation. We pray that her company would not remove her from her position but instead see her growth and improvement during the PIP period. We pray for a positive outcome, that she may be accepted successfully in her job after the PIP, with renewed confidence and a fresh start. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We trust in your divine plan for ###'s career and ask for your divine intervention.
Lord, we thank you for your love, mercy, and faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and your ability to work all things together for good. May your will be done in ###'s life, and may she experience your peace and guidance throughout this journey.

Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life.
