Do not give anyone any reason to take my daughter from me, Jesus, bless the persons I meet and talk to so they believe me and keep me safe. We join you in lifting up you and your precious daughter before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus so faithfully throughout your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name alone that we are saved. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13. We praise God that you are calling on Him and trusting Him to be present to guide and keep you both from harm.

We hear the burden on your heart for protection, for truth to be revealed, for your bond with your daughter to be preserved, and for peace in the midst of conflict with her father and with those involved in her case. We stand with you in asking the Lord to be your refuge and strength. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. We pray that both you and your daughter will feel His covering over you in every space you enter and while she is with her father this week, that the Lord would keep her safe in body, mind and spirit, and let no harm come near her.

We pray also with you that no weapon formed against you will prosper, for the Lord Himself has promised No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. We ask Him to reveal what is hidden and to bring truth into the light, for there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed Luke 8:17. We ask Him to guard your tongue and the tongues of others, to silence slander and gossip and manipulation, and to turn what was meant for evil into blessing, as He promises that to those who love God all things work together for good for those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. We also pray as you have prayed, that the Lord would soften hearts, including the heart of your daughter's father and his family, that they may see how their actions affect you and your daughter, and that forgiveness and healing would become possible. We join you in praying for your enemies and blessing those who have trespassed against you, remembering the word, For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you Matthew 6:14.

We encourage you to continue to trust not in your own understanding or in fear of what others may say or do, but to lean fully on the Lord. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. That peace is what will keep your heart and mind from being polluted by evil tongues or fear, so that your actions may be guided by Him and be a blessing to your daughter.

We also lift up your desire for a future husband. We affirm with you that marriage is holy in God's eyes, a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman as He established in the beginning, Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh Genesis 2:24, and Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled Hebrews 13:4. We pray that if it is His will, He will bring into your life a godly man of faith who loves Christ first, and that your courtship would be pure and centered on Christ with the goal of a God honoring marriage. We pray that you will be kept from fornication and all impurity as you wait, and that you will be a vessel for His love and salvation to everyone you meet.

We pray for wisdom in your dealings with CPS and in all documents and conversations. We encourage you to walk in complete honesty and humility before them, speaking the truth in love Ephesians 4:15, trusting that the Lord honors a truthful heart and that He will help you make the right decisions for your daughter, whose life is a gift from Him, Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh Psalm 127:3. We pray for your education and work, that God would give you motivation, clarity, understanding and favor, and that you would not be put to shame but would learn well and make a good impression for His glory.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You for this dear mother and her daughter. Cover them with Your blood and let Your presence go with them into every room and every conversation today. Let Your light shine upon them so that their bond of love is seen and not questioned, and let Your perfect love cast out all fear. Protect this little girl while she is with her father, surround her with Your angels, let her feel Your love and her mother's love around her at all times, and let no lie or manipulation take root in her heart. Guard this mother from any false accusation and let truth be revealed concerning every word spoken and written. Soften the hearts of her ex and his family and all who speak against her, and turn every evil intent into blessing for her and her child. Give her wisdom to answer with grace and truth to CPS, to handle every document rightly, and to do what is best for her daughter. Guide her steps in her education and work, strengthen her to learn and to persevere, and keep her from shame and slander. Heal what has been broken, forgive what needs forgiving, and lead her in the right pathway with clarity and safety. And if it is Your will, prepare and bring a faithful Christian husband for her in Your perfect timing. Let Your will be done in their lives, keep them close and together in You, and let them walk as vessels of Your salvation. We hear how much you love your daughter and how heavy this week feels with her with her father, with CPS involved and the fear of what your ex or others might say or do. Wanting to stay close, to keep her safe and to be the steady mother she can feel loved by is a good and godly desire, and it makes sense you feel on edge when so much feels out of your hands.

In a season like this, when everything feels tangled, it can help to keep a few things simple and clear. When you answer CPS or work on any documents, try to stay with calm, factual details and dates about what happened, and if possible have one trusted person, a pastor, counselor, or legal aid advocate, look over papers with you before you send them. And while your daughter is away, staying connected to one or two steady, wise people who know you can help you not carry the worry alone. We also hear your hope to keep learning and to build a stable future through your education. God sees that quiet faithfulness in the daily steps.

Jesus, we lift this mother and her daughter to You. Keep them in Your care today, keep her daughter safe and aware of her mother's love and Your love around her, bring clarity and truth into every conversation and document, and give this mother wisdom, peace and clear next steps. Your earnest and repeated cry for yourself and for your dear daughter has been heard, and it is a tender thing to see a mother's heart thus poured out before the throne of grace. You have asked for love, joy, peace and safety, for truth to be revealed and for lies to be swept away, for your child to be kept in all her ways, and for wisdom to walk in the path which God appoints. To all this we would join our prayers in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

The Eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. There is no place so well adapted for the discovery of sin and for recovery from its power and guilt as the immediate presence of God. Get into His arms and you shall find both shelter and strength to do what is right. Take comfort from this glorious truth, that God's mysterious angelic agency, which you see not and hear not, but which is most true and real, will form a cordon round you to protect you in the midst of temptation and trial, as it is written, He shall give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. Yet remember that this promise belongs to those who walk in the appointed ways of Providence, not turning aside in wilfulness, but keeping close to the Lord and to His Word.

You have prayed that no weapon formed against you should prosper and that every false tongue should be silenced. The Lord lays judgment to the line and righteousness to the plummet, and He makes a deliberate trial of our confidences. The hail shall sweep away the refuges of lies. A cold hard truth of God falls from heaven and crashes through every false confidence. Therefore pray not only that you may be kept from the lies of others, but that you yourself may be kept from the way of lying. Choose the way of truth, and lay His judgments before you as a man puts his model before him that he may work to it. In your dealings with those set to watch over your child, and in all documents and answers required of you, let truth be your speech, let your Law be truth indeed, and when His grace brings His Law home to your heart, all that is false will be banished. Then whether men believe you or not, God will vindicate what is true in His own time, for great truths which men forget or despise will at last come rattling down from heaven with deadly aim upon falsehood.

You have committed your daughter into the hands of her father for this week, and your heart is sore within you. Commend her still to the God of your mercy, who goes before His children. The God of your mercy shall prevent you. He knows where she lodges and watches over her when you cannot. Pray that she may feel His presence in all her being and in all her surroundings, that she may be kept from harm and from every attack upon her joy, and above all that she may be saved by faith in Christ Jesus. To get away from man and nestle beneath the wings of God is to exchange doubt for certainty and fear for confidence. Teach her, as you are able, to look unto Him, and seek yourself to be the faithful mother who does well, as Sarah did, who judged Him faithful who had promised.

You ask for a future husband, a man of faith, if it be the Lord's will. We will pray with you that if the Lord should so ordain, He may in His good time bring to you a godly man, that you may enter into that holy estate which God has ordained from the beginning, namely the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, wherein love is chaste and faithful and the home is ordered in the fear of the Lord. Seek not to hasten what God would ripen in its season, but wait upon Him, and let your present calling be to walk holily and soberly before Him.

You have prayed also concerning courts and judgments, and concerning those who handle your daughter's case. We will entreat the Lord that righteousness and truth may prevail, that misunderstandings and false judgments may be removed, that every slander and gossip may be brought to nothing, and that you may be guided to right decisions and to the right pathway. Lean not upon your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. And in your studies and labour, pray for diligence and a good conscience, that you may make a good impression not for vainglory but for honesty and usefulness, and that you may not be put to shame.

You have well prayed, forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and bless those who have wronged you. This is the way of the fear of the Lord, which is true religion and holy reverence. Forgiveness of sin is essential to that fear, and where it is enjoyed it becomes the main motive to fear God with a childlike awe. Melted hearts on both sides are the work of God alone. Pray on for those who have grieved you, that God would turn what was meant for evil into a blessing, yet leave vengeance in His hands.

Now may the Lord hear your prayer and ours together.

O Most High God, possessor of heaven and earth, the God of our mercy, look in compassion upon this mother and her child. Cover them with Your feathers and keep them under Your wings. Let Your angels have charge over them in all their ways. Sweep away every refuge of lies and let truth alone stand. Reveal what is hidden, restrain the false tongue, and turn the devices of evil to good for those who love You. Keep the little one in safety when she is absent from her mother's eye, and keep the mother in perfect peace as she trusts in You. Guide her answers, guide her steps, guide her studies, and let her be a vessel for Your salvation to all she meets. Grant her clarity, strength, and a quiet heart to do what You have planned. If it be Your will, provide in Your time a faithful husband according to Your holy ordinance. Above all, save mother and daughter by the blood of Jesus Christ, and let them be found in Him now and forever. We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing it before Jesus Christ, who alone is our salvation and our hope. Your love for your daughter and your desire to protect her, to walk faithfully, and to be kept safe in a time of fear and accusation is understood, and God sees both your burden and your longing to do what is right.

We pray with you that the Lord will keep you and your child in His presence today, guarding you from harm, giving you peace that is deeper than anxiety, and guiding your steps. Scripture teaches that when we seek virtue and an orderly life in Christ, God even now gives a reward by freeing the heart from anxiety, rivalry, and fear of false accusation. We ask Him to free you from being driven by fear or by what others may say, and to help you walk by His wisdom and not by your own sight.

We bring before the Lord your concern about your ex, his family, the words spoken against you, and the involvement of CPS. We ask God for truth to be revealed and for justice to be done. He knows what is hidden and what is spoken in secret, and He calls us not to be tattlers or to let gossip take root, but to let accusations be tested truthfully and calmly, as the law required by the mouth of two or three witnesses. We pray that every document and every conversation with CPS would be handled with honesty, clarity, and fairness, that false statements would not stand, and that what is true would be clearly seen. Like Joseph, who endured a false accusation from his master's house and was cast into prison, yet God was with him and brought him through, we ask God to keep you steady if you face unjust words, and to use even what others intend for harm for your good and your daughter's good, as He wills.

We also pray with you for softened hearts, including your ex and those who have hurt you. Jesus calls us to forgive those who have trespassed against us as we seek His forgiveness, and to bless those who oppose us, not returning evil for evil. We ask the Lord to melt hardness, to restrain any tongue that would harm you or your daughter or damage your bond, and to turn evil intentions into occasions for blessing. At the same time we pray that you would be kept from having your heart or mind polluted by evil tongues, so that you may not live in fear but in love and sound judgment.

For your daughter, we pray especially while she is with her father this week. We ask the Lord to cover her, to keep her safe from all evil, to let her feel both your love and the love of Christ surrounding her, and to guard her joy and her heart. We pray that she would come to know and be saved by Jesus Christ alone, who endured the cross and shame for us and now sits at the right hand of God, and that she would feel secure in the love you show her each day. We ask God to help you be the mother He calls you to be, showing her consistent love, safety, and care that reflects His own.

We pray for your daily path, your education, and your decisions for the future. We ask God to give you strength and motivation in your studies, to help you learn well and make a good and honest impression in your new field, and to keep you from shame through diligence and integrity. We join your prayer for a future husband, and we ask that if it is the Lord's will, He would bring to you in His timing a faithful man who walks with Christ, that you might enter into marriage as God ordained it, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, lived in purity and faithfulness. We do not ask God to bless any relationship outside of that holy design, but we do ask Him to lead you in wisdom and to keep you from hasty or unwise entanglements.

We pray that no weapon formed against you would prosper beyond what God in His sovereignty allows, and that you would rest not in a bubble of your own making but in the sure shelter of His light and presence. May He give you discernment to recognize the people He sends to help you, and the wisdom to seek counsel in the church where two or three are gathered in His name, bringing concerns openly and lovingly rather than holding them in the heart.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we ask You to forgive our trespasses, to heal what is wounded, to repair what is damaged, and to prevent trauma from taking root where forgiveness is needed.
