Beloved of All
We join you in prayer for your daughter and your son, and bring your requests before the Lord with thanksgiving for your love and care for them.
We pray for your daughter, that the Lord in His mercy would touch her body, remove the cause of this long cough, and restore her to full health and strength. We ask that He would give her comfort, peace, and rest, and grant wisdom to you and to those caring for her, including doctors and others who can help discern what is needed for her healing.
We also pray for your son, that the Lord would watch over him each day, keep him safe and healthy, and guide his steps. May God be his protector and his guard, surrounding him with love and grace, and leading him in wisdom and faith.
As Scripture reminds us, God cares for His children as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and when we instill the fear of God and trust in Him, He Himself is our wall of protection. We pray that both of your children would know His presence, His peace that passes understanding, and His healing hand upon them.
We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, trusting in His love and mercy. Amen.
