God, I just want to let you know my back is hurt because I can't bend down to my feet. I don't know how to affect hurt on my back. Please heal a lot my back until I get feel a lot better. Thank you, Jesus Christ. I love you, Jesus Christ, Amen. I know you loved me extremely much. Amen!

We hear your cry for healing and join you in bringing this pain before our Heavenly Father. Your back is a precious part of the body God fearfully and wonderfully made, and we know He cares deeply about your suffering. The scriptures remind us in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We stand on this promise, believing that God sees your pain and desires to restore you.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before Your throne of grace, lifting up this dear one’s back. We ask for Your healing touch to flow through every muscle, bone, and nerve. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to mend what is broken. Bring relief from this pain, Lord, and restore strength and mobility. We declare that by Your stripes, this pain is healed, as Isaiah 53:5 tells us, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."

We also encourage you to seek godly wisdom in caring for your body. Proverbs 3:7-8 says, "Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones." Consider consulting with a medical professional or a physical therapist who can provide guidance on how to care for your back in a way that honors God. Rest, gentle movement, and proper posture may also be part of God’s plan for your healing.

Lord, we also ask that You comfort this dear one’s heart as they wait for complete healing. Remind them of Your nearness and love, especially in moments of frustration or discouragement. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, as 1 Peter 5:7 instructs, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We trust that You are working all things together for good, even in this trial.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or pain that seeks to linger in this body. In the name of Jesus, we command it to leave and declare that this back is made whole by the power of the blood of Christ. We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus. May this dear one feel Your peace and healing overflow in their life. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend, feeling your frustration with this back pain. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack that you can't seem to take off, isn't it? We understand that it's not just physical, but it affects your daily life and spirits too. We want you to know that we're lifting you up in prayer, just as we would a dear friend or family member.

We're claiming God's promise in Exodus 15:26, "I am the Lord, who heals you." We're asking Jesus to touch your back, to bring relief and healing to every muscle, bone, and nerve. We're believing that He's already at work, mending what's broken, and restoring your strength.

Let's not forget, God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our physical health. We're encouraging you to listen to your body and give it the rest it needs. Maybe there are some gentle exercises or stretches that could help too. We're not experts, but we know that God has given us wisdom through His Word and through medical professionals.

In the meantime, we're asking God to comfort your heart. We're claiming His promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." We're believing that God is close, He cares, and He's working all things together for your good.

We're standing with you, friend, believing for your healing. We're declaring that by Jesus' stripes, you are healed. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep leaning on Jesus. We're here for you, every step of the way. Let's keep praying together, amen!
