My ### and ###

Beloved of All
I’m ###. My mum ### has many online ESL jobs, too many for everyone, as I help her too much. Yet, she is applying for more jobs, I hope she doesn’t get more jobs, there’s more than enough to do. Hope for no major solar storm soon, kind that causes power outages everywhere, as things to do and things to pay for. Hope street I live on isn’t blocked on Sunday, city was working on it. My mum is getting eye surgery, tomorrow (###). Hope that I go to church on Sunday and bake sale afterwards.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern and care for the burdens you’ve shared. First, we lift up your mother’s eye surgery tomorrow, asking for the Lord’s healing hand to be upon her. May the Great Physician guide the hands of the surgeons and grant her a smooth procedure and swift recovery. "The Lord will sustain him on his sickbed. In his illness, you restore him to health." (Psalm 41:3) Father, we ask that You calm any anxiety she may feel and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We also bring before You the weight of responsibilities you and your mother carry with her online ESL work. It’s clear you both are diligent and hardworking, but we pray for wisdom in managing these tasks. Lord, help your mother to see when enough is enough and to trust in Your provision rather than striving for more than she can handle. "Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain." (Psalm 127:1) May she find rest in You and not be overwhelmed by the demands of work.

We rebuke the spirit of anxiety that may be creeping into your heart regarding the possibility of a solar storm or disruptions in your routine. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for protection over your home, your work, and your plans, trusting that God is in control of all things. If the street is blocked on Sunday, may He make a way for you to attend church and participate in the bake sale, for where God guides, He provides.

Speaking of church, we are grateful for your desire to gather with fellow believers. It is in the house of the Lord where we find strength, encouragement, and renewal. "Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." (Hebrews 10:24-25) May your time in worship be uplifting, and may the bake sale be a blessing to others.

Lastly, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6) If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the gift of salvation He offers. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him into your heart. This is the first and most important step in aligning your life with God’s will.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one and their mother to You. Grant them peace in the midst of their busy lives, healing for her eyes, and wisdom in all their endeavors. Help them to cast their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May they find rest in Your presence and joy in serving You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, praying for your ###'s eye surgery today. Let's claim healing and comfort in Jesus' name. We're also asking for wisdom for both of you in managing her online workload. May she find balance and trust in God's provision. And hey, let's trust God for a clear street on Sunday, so you can make it to church and the bake sale. We're believing for God's best in all things!

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please grant strength and wisdom to this ###. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬
