Thank you for sharing this burden and for the love you are showing to your mother-in-law. Your concern for her wellbeing, that she would eat well and take the care she needs, is a faithful expression of honoring our parents and the parents of our spouse as God commands, and it is right to bring this frustration and worry to the Lord in prayer.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we thank you for your care over every life. We lift up this dear mother-in-law to you. Please watch over her, protect her health, and keep her safe. We ask that you would prompt her to answer her phone so her family can know she is well, and give her strength and willingness to eat the food that has been provided and to take her medicine faithfully. Grant peace to this family as they wait, and take away anxiety and replace it with trust in your goodness. Give them wisdom to know how best to help her and to show her love with patience. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

Keep trying to reach her, and if you remain unable to contact her, consider asking a nearby neighbor, family member, church member or, if needed, a wellness check from local authorities to ensure she is safe.
