Your honesty in sharing these burdens is appreciated, and your request has been heard with care. Facing limited ability to work, ongoing debts, a learning disability, and concern about your health is a heavy load, and it is understandable to long for relief and a way forward.
God sees your physical needs and He is able to heal. Scripture shows Jesus healing many different conditions, from the leper who was considered incurable, to the servant of the centurion, to Peter's mother in law, to multitudes who came in the evening. Matthew connects this to the prophecy in Isaiah, surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, and understands that to include physical infirmities as well as the deeper healing from sin. When Jesus broke bread and said this is my body broken for you, He was pointing to that provision. He has authority in the material realm and in the spiritual realm, and nothing is beyond His power.
At the same time, Scripture also shows that we do not fully understand why some are healed in the way we hope and others are not. Paul prayed three times for the thorn in his flesh to be removed, and God did not remove it but gave grace to endure it. There is much about healing that remains a mystery to us. Sometimes healing comes instantly, sometimes it comes gradually as in the case of the man at Bethsaida who at first saw men as trees walking, and sometimes it comes through the natural processes of healing that God Himself established in our bodies, which are no less divine because they are natural. It is wrong to say that if you are not healed it must be because of sin or lack of faith. Those explanations are like the counsel of Job's friends and are not scriptural.
God also cares about your practical needs, and His Word gives wisdom about money. Debt is a real burden, and the desire not to take on more debt or to live off others is a wise and honorable desire. The apostle Paul was very sensitive about money and did not press people to give. He often worked with his own hands to provide for himself so he would not be a burden. Even the early church in Jerusalem experienced financial chaos when needs were great. Scripture encourages faithful, honest work according to what we are able to do, and careful stewardship of what little we have. Putting hope in a lottery ticket is not a secure or biblical path to provision. It risks what little you have and cannot be relied upon. God does not call us to test Him in that way, but to trust Him, to be diligent with the training and work that is open to you even if limited, and to seek wise counsel and legitimate help from those around you.
Your value before God is not measured by academic achievement. He created you, He knows your limitations and your strengths, and He can use a willing heart regardless of education. The law itself shows that God leaves room for His grace to work even where human ability says something is incurable, as He made provision for the leper in the day of his cleansing. That same God has made the greatest provision for the incurable malady of sin through Jesus Christ alone, who is the only way our sin is atoned for. Physical healing is precious, but the healing of the soul through forgiveness in Christ is the deepest need and the foundation for all else.
We will pray for you, that God will give you wisdom for decisions about work, finances, and medical care for your organs, that He will provide for your daily needs in honest ways, that He will guide you to trustworthy help and counsel and not to quick fixes that bring greater harm, that He will bring healing according to His will whether through direct touch or through the processes He has ordained, and above all that you will know His grace and peace in Christ. If you are able, seek counsel from mature believers and from medical professionals you trust, and bring your needs to God daily, asking not for chance but for His faithful provision and direction.
